• My husband and I’s home doesn’t have central AC and have 2 window units. You would think 2 window units would cover 770 sq ft, but sadly it doesn’t. Our bedroom is the hottest room in the entire house. We were running out of options until we found this portable AC. It has literally been a life saver since it has started getting warmer outside. And we can not sleep peacefully in the cold!

• This unit is great for a bedroom or living space. It is so easy to set up and didn’t mess up my window at all. The controls are easy to read and use. It keep my space cooled to just the right temperature and makes the space more livable. It turns on and off at just the perfect times. The container is also easy to remove and empty. It’s a great AC.

• We manage several properties with rental apartments and if the HVAC goes out, in the hot Sacramento summer, this is a life saver. It makes it so we can get the tenant's unit feel like normal while we wait for the notoriously bad service of an HVAC company.

• Vegas baby! It's hot here and we use our 3 car garage as a home gym but try working out in 115 degree heat. Not exactly doable. This GE portable ac unit is perfect for our space. We happen to have a window in our garage and it has allowed us to set up the ac unit and pump some much needed cool air into the space as the temperatures begin to heat up. Easy to set up and intuitive to use. Would recommend. Doesn't take yo too much space either.

• These photos were taken before installation. Setting this up was fairly easy. The output on this is sufficient for my needs. I'm using it in the master bedroom. It came with almost everything needed, all parts, except the screws needed to attach the air intake hose panel to the window frame. I like that you can download their app to control this when away and have it already cooling when you arrive home. This unit also acts as a dehumidifier. It is easy to maintain and operate. I do like the clean design and it has an agreeably sized footprint. It has a top control panel and is completely programmable. A remote control and batteries are included.

• This is such a convenient unit... so practical and a real life-saver as these months get hotter. Just requires a plug, that's it! Easily conditions a normal sized bedroom or small living room. Great value.

• GE brand 3 -in-1 portable air conditioner was easy to set up in my medium size room. Not only did this product provide cooler air in the room but also featured a dehumidifier and fan within the unit. The air conditioner did not take up a lot of room in the space.

• Super easy to set up - the pieces all snap together really easily, fit in my window, and the outtake goes right up against the screen, so it didn’t have to be removed. Room cooled down super fast. It is a remote, so you can turn it on across the room. The only downside is that the compressor is super loud, so if you are using it in a room you sleep you might want earplugs. As an aside the packaging of the product was also super great - not too much like some products are!

• Just got this in the nick of time. It's 100 degrees and really really hot. This great portable airconditioner is just what the doctor ordered for thsi temporary heat wave. This has done the job for our bedroom and we'd be literally cooked right now with out it. I recommend this to anyone who's on the hot side.

• The Portable GE Air Conditioner works amazingly well. It keeps me so cool. In our home this is perfect because my family likes to keep the house warm and I don't. So in my room I use this to keep me cool all the time. It was. Very easy to setup in my window as well. It has 3 functions. It can air condition, be used as a fan and a dehumidifier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a portable ac or anyone without.

• Our central air is on the blink. Needed a good remedy during the recent heat wave. I easily installed the unit. Keeping cool. A bit loud. Only issue is the hose that extends to the window and goes into the plastic window bracket Keeps popping out. It is not a snug fit.
