Works great, however the apps and process to connect the appliance to the apps are maddening. I’ve spent at least 2 hours of my life troubleshooting now and calling/emailing support. Apparently the Zoneline models can only connect to the Smart HQ Management app (even though mine is in my apartment). But it still won’t connect to the management app after I spent even more time setting up an account! Would give 4-5 stars if I could just connect my appliance to the regular Smart HQ app…
