I like the unit. Very easy to install and manage for my food trailer. I do wish it got a hitter than 120 though.

The water heater is nice and compact and I love the remote that comes with it. The problem is that it heats the water and keeps it heated in all rooms except the shower. It stays warm for a few minutes then goes cold. I adjust it and it gets warm for another few minutes then back to cold. Taking a warm shower isn't possible.

Bought this unit for our shop. This was intended to feed 1 sink, which is 3 ft pipe run from the unit as well as an outdoor faucet that is 20ft away. This unit will only provide water to the sink if the water valve is opened 1/4 of the way. Anything beyond that and it is cold. I am unable to get hot, only "warm" water to the 20ft away faucet. Highly disappointed as wiring was ran sized for this 30 amp unit. Now a proper fix involves having to re-wire this circuit and replace. The 125 degree limit prevent turning up to a higher output to possible solve this issue.
