Install was super simple and the instant hot water is great. Used to take minutes and now BAM! Hot water.

After our last under the kitchen sink water heater stopped working we were more than happy to replace it with this product. My husband is pretty handy and said the install was pretty simple instructions were very thorough..but he did look at a YT video to help as well. Water gets hot and stays hot for quite somwtime..very efficient!!

We have a tankless water heater next to the master bath but is very far from the kitchen. Our builder strongly recommended this. It takes 73 seconds to get kind of hot water to our kitchen sink. Well not anymore!! It is hot in a second! So this is being used as a booster and it is working great. I also have it suppling hot water to the dishwasher. The dishwasher is newer and energy star efficient but I was worried that the power demand of both the dishwasher and this small water heater would exceed the limit of the 20 amp breaker as they are on the same circuit. It hasn’t had a problem and I tested it by running hot water several extended times while the dishwasher was going thru its cycles.
