• We had a very tight fit in a laundry closet and the washer and dryer combo fit perfectly! The insulation was a breeze! All parts were included and wash and dry cycle is fast and quiet!

• I read many reviews and researched many brands before deciding on this particular set. I am so happy with my choice! This thing is incredibly space saving and actually has a very good sized washer. I love it's simplicity with only a few settings. Also my husband felt more comfortable with GE and fixing it if it should need any repairs in the future. I would have to agree with some of the reviews saying it's not quiet which is not a problem with me but the washer does make noise. One concern I have is the lint trap in the dryer seems to have a week point and I'm concerned with repeated use that it will snap, however if it does break where I think, it shouldn't affect it's use.

• I absolutely LOVE this unit. It is everything I wanted in a washer and dryer. The clothes get really clean, it spins out most of the moisture and dry time is quick. The impeller is truly the way to go. I couldn't make a front load it in my space so this was a perfect solution. NO agitator so gentle on clothes

• Installation was quick and easy. Like all the methods for washing and drying, especially that all rinses are with cold water! I also especially like the E-dry button which saves on energy.

• We had this appliance installed yesterday, I have done a few loads already. The washer spins so well my clothes are almost dried and the dryer works so well. So far I am very pleased with my purchase, still learning how to use all the features.

• This GE unit (Energy Star version) replaced a beloved twenty year old Maytag stackable washer/dryer. This new GE has a much bigger tub capacity (no agitator to take up space) yet it occupies the same small foot print of its Maytag predecessor. It's quiet and free of vibrations or other scary noises. The clothes feel softer, too. There's no agitator stem, which means I no longer have to deal with twisted, tangled, sheets and pant legs. Also, there's a huge service network---and for an added bonus---this machine is assembled by Americans in Louisville, Kentucky. By the way, here's a HUGE shoutout to Martin Appliance Family on Phillips Highway. Real pros. Real neighbors. Real family.

• While a little noisy during startup, this thing is so reliable and cleans our clothes so well. The wash basin is huge and the dryer is fast and efficient. No complaints so far, and we've had it for 6 months now.

• New GE Laundry Center much quieter, easier to operate, and both washes and dries better than our older Kenmore laundry center, which had electronic glitches needing repairs after 5 years, even though it’s usage was generally light, no more than 2x per week. Handles a fairly large load for a compact washer/dryer.
