• The oven warms up very slowly except the broil function. Broil gets very hot very fast. I love the display and capability to track each ovens time while cooking different dishes.

• We bought this wall oven in November with 2 other appliances that weren’t working as well as they should. Unfortunately, we had only had the for 5 weeks when the hinge on the top oven went out. The “soft close” ability no longer works. We had a kitchenaid appliance tech come out and it appears that there are exactly 0 replacement parts anywhere and they have no idea when they will get them back in stock. As of now, I’m disappointed for a couple of reasons. Double ovens aren’t cheap and it’s not good when a part breaks when the oven is barely used. Kind of makes me worry about what else could go wrong. We bought our oven from Best Buy. Their “third party” installers made huge mistakes when installing and they do not care. They neglected to put the piece over the vent at the bottom of the oven. I am assuming it was still in the box and they just never pulled it out. They were careless in every way possible. I’ll attach pics of what it looks like now in my house. To replace the piece they threw away, it would cost another $200. I don’t feel like that should be paid by us. Best Buy and their lousy third party installers should be paying for it.

• What style and great classic lines. The blue interior liners sets these built-in ovens apart from other built-in ovens on the market. Adjustable roll out runers make these ovens safe and easy to handle hot dishes And both have no pre heat airfryes.

• I bought this as a replacement for my Whirlpool oven. I am very pleased with the convection functionality. Also fit perfectly in the cut out of my cabinet. No remodel of my kitchen was necessary .

• The directions for steam cleaning do not apply to this oven and I cannot find how to use the steam clean function. Have contacted the place of purchase and they have not yet been able to figure this out. It is virtually impossible to get help from KitchenAid. I would really appreciate some guidance on this issue.

• Purchased early Feb 2026 replacing a 15 year old GE. After one month only used the normal Bake feature a few times along with the timer. So far, works well. The bright blue interior and lighting are great as it is very easy to see in the oven.

• My new oven has an Air Fryer option and I did not receive an air fryer basket or roaster pan. Also there is a rubber tube coming out on both ovens. I called for a repair and was told that the company I called did not do warranty work.

• After about one month of use we are very satisfied with the design and build quality. The dual convection ovens are very nice to have,and as bread makers we appreciate the proofing feature.

• Our previous Kitchen Aid wall oven cooked much faster. Even on convection I have to add at least five extra minutes to cook a frozen pizza. Very disappointed in my purchase.

• About a week after my contractor installed the ovens on February 5, 2026, I noticed the top oven door's seal was sticking out onto the glass. After 2 weeks of getting the runaround, a new door was ordered. Today is March 27 and I still don't have the door. I have not and will not use the oven because I don't if it's safe. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
