• We purchased this dishwasher and the whole tub of our brand new machine was bent at time of delivery. When we contacted you 10 days after installation with this issue, you sent one of your approved technicians out to assess the situation. It was determined the outer tub was bent and needed to be completely taken apart and put back together. Well the technician you supplied us with returned our dishwasher today and now it is scratched and has gaps and holes where the power panels sits on the door AND it won’t even run. Completely unacceptable. We paid for a brand new dishwasher not a damaged refurbished one. How are you going to make this right?

• Dishwasher was purchased along with a full suite of new and expensive KitchenAid appliances. Construction delays led to the product not getting unboxed until just outside the "30 day cosmetic window". The front panel has three large scratches (no damage to the outside packaging. The customer service team "respectfully declined" to offer any assistance with the damage. We are beyond disappointed in this level of support. Again, spent almost $10,000 on new KA products, this should be minor for them but means a lot to us. I will NEVER buy from them again and will share my story with others in my neighborhood that are undergoing renovations.

• I bought this dishwasher about 3 weeks ago to replace my almost identical Kitchen Aid dishwasher that needed replacing. I cannot explain how QUIET this dishwasher is! We can run it and barely even hear it. It has been cleaning great. I LOVE the third rack on top. It is slightly different than my previous model and doesn't hold as many cups in the third rack but I'm okay with that. So far- it's been working great!

• This KitchenAid dishwasher is by far the best dishwasher I have ever owned and used! The installation was simple and the directions were clear, it took my husband and me around 45 minutes to install the dishwasher. This Kitchenaid model is sleek and clean, with a modern, simplistic, and timeless design. I've never had a dishwasher clean dishes so well, they really sparkle when they come out. It easily removes even the most stubbornly adhered and burned-on food. I will never go back to another dishwasher brand. There is an LED light on the door next to the handle that displays the phases of the washing cycle (washing, drying, complete and paused). I appreciate that the top controls are touch rather than button controls, they are sensitive so you barely have to touch them. Also cleaning the contorls is a breeze. The third rack is fantastic and provides plenty of extra space for small objects, cups, and bowls. I like that I can change the height of the second shelf and that it has a clip to keep my wine glasses firmly on the shelf. I appreciate the cutlery storage since it keeps all of my forks, knives, and spoons separate, making it easier for the dishwasher to clean. Most of the time I run the dishwasher on the ProWash, it is my favorite cycle, at the end of the cycle the dishwasher door will open itself to let out the hot air. I was so amazed the first time this happened. These are the times for all the cycles: ProWash = 2:20hours, Tough= 2:48 minutes, Normal = 3:09 minutes, Express = 1:09 minutes, Rinse only = 25 minutes, and ProDry adds about 30 minutes, ProDry Max adds about 1 hour. The dishwasher has a considerable amount of sound dampening insulation, which makes it quite quiet. I also love that the dishwasher is very energy efficient. I would highly the KitchenAid Third Level Jet Rack Dishwasher!

• So content with this dishwasher! The main thing for me is where the vent is located. Our old dishwasher had the vent on the side and over the years, it has damaged the drawer next to it. The vent on this dishwasher is on the front where the handle is. Because of this feature, I'm ok with not having a towel handle. The 3rd top rack is very useful for my small cups and bowls that my young daughters still use. The extra utensil rack for this 3rd top rack isn't very useful to me so I can do without it. I love the adjustable stemware attachment to hold my wine glasses. I have looked at the manual and can't find the option to turn the sound off. The door doesn't automatically open for all of the washes. Overall, I'm satisfied with how well this dishwasher works and functions.

• Very happy with this new dishwasher we got as part of a total kitchen replacement, and while everything is good, the dishwasher is definitely the standout. It's very, very quiet, and the 3rd rack, adjustable middle rack, and overall rack design are a big improvement over the replaced GE Profile unit. Dries thoroughly and no more condensation when opening after an overnight wash cycle. The only drawback from prior KitchenAid design is that if you don't like the red handle grommets you can no longer buy replacement grommets, you have to order a whole new handle kit which is really not worth the cost with 6 total handles in the kitchen. Otherwise it all looks great and with the Lowe's sale price including installation and a 2-year warranty, it was a much better value than the GE Profile replacements we compared to. • The Kitchenaid third level jet rack dishwasher has an excellent coverage when cleaning. The third level jet rack is perfect for smaller items or utensils, with jets specifically for the top rack. It is a very quiet dishwasher and has many different cycle options. The pro dry technology allows for all the water to dry before the cycle is complete. With a stainless steel interior, the Kitchenaid dishwasher is very durable and overall a great dishwasher! Highly recommend!

• Kitchen Aid’s ‘Third Level Jet Rack Dishwasher’ is absolutely cutting edge technology! The dishwasher has been designed for convenience, high performance and efficient power consumption. It is spacious with 2 racks for regular/tall and bulky dishes and a rack specially designed for mugs, bowls and other items that do not require too much space. It has twice the number of wash jets ensuring that every item is thoroughly cleaned. The control panel is discreetly placed and very easy to use. I am most particularly impressed by how quietly the dishwasher does its job…effectively and efficiently! The height of the middle rack can be adjusted which is quite a space saving convenience and the top rack can be removed if not in use. I would say, it is definitely a smart buy and considering it’s top of the line features, it is definitely worth every dollar. My dishes were sparkling clean and completely dry…a total delight!

• Great washing machine. We have had to replace our very expensive Asco dishwasher after 4 years the pump died and would be more expensive to fix that buy this KitchenAid. We are so pleased. It does a better job washing and drying and the racks make more sense for containers and lots of odd sizes. The third level is huge.

• Three. Three is the magic number, yes it is... and we have 3 levels to stack dishes in and I couldn't be more pleased. This model holds more dishes than I have ever seen in my 50 years of cleaning dishes. And for its maiden voyage I tested it with baked on lasagna pans,plates,silverware and pots and pans. They all came out sparkly clean, As if all of the dishes were brand new and never seen tomato sauce. Simply amazed at the results and how quite it runs. I wish all my appliances ran as quite and as well executed as this dishwasher. This model can also detect soil levels. And the racks can be moved up and down to accommodate larger items, separate compartments for utensils and glassware. It has it all.

• We bought a KitchenAid dishwasher last month. The machine failed on it's first run and flooded the kitchen floor. We immediately called the installer. It was not an installation problem - the unit was faulty and a replacement was arranged. Unfortunately, KitchenAid would not stand up to for their unit and advised me that the cost of delivery, installation of the replacement and removal was my responsibility. It's not even the money. It's more about the fact that they have so little belief in their own product and in their reputation that they would respond in such a negative way. I would be embarrased to work there.

• I will not lie, initially I had dishwasher remorse over switching out my reliable dishwasher for this Kitchenaid dishwasher. I was unhappy with something that was my own misunderstanding with the third rack not being secured in upon installation. No fault to kitchenaid! As soon as I resolved my mistake I was thrilled. This dishwasher has great settings, the ability to do a whole cycle clean or a top 2 rack clean. I also love that it opens at the end of the cycle to really ensure your dishes are dry (although I didn’t realize it opens itself for about a week and kept blaming my family members!) Overall, I think this dishwasher is a great product and I’m very satisfied with it.

• Bought this third rack dishwasher a month ago and love it. The third rack is great for cups and utensils, and there is still so much space for all your dishes. I also love the door popping open when cycles are complete to let remaining steam escape and aid in drying. Kitchenaid is a brand you can count on and I highly recommend!

• I’m loving my new Kitchenaid dishwasher! The wash and dry cycles are phenomenal. Also, the third rack is great for utensils and cup lids. Above all, when cycles are complete and drying is done, it automatically pops open the dishwasher door for the dishes to cool down to put away- love this feature! Also, very quiet. 10/10!

• The KDF324SPS cleans well. We like the Express setting for a quick wash. Loading is now a challenge, experimenting where and how to place our cereal bowls. The silverware bin is a bit awkward and we may remove the lid that holds individual utensils. We like the 3 racks ... but again it is a learning experience to determine how to best use it. Example: ladle doesn't quite fit in the top rack (so it goes into the utensil bin on the bottom level). Likewise, we're learning where to best place the mugs. The controls are straightforward... after having a dishwasher with top edge controls, it is a pleasant change to see the controls on the front.

• I liked the dishwasher when I got it. Then it stopped working. There is some code. I can't figure it out. I call the KitchenAid number and get set with Goodman's for repair for 12/19 between 8a-12p. I take off work. No one showed up. I call, they say KitchenAid can't really set for them. I agree to today, 12/23, same time. I take off work. No one here today. They have unilaterally moved me to12/30. No dishwasher for the holiday. This not ok. I would like to have a repairman here asap, if at all possible.

• We have been using for about three weeks now and are extremely satisfied. The only thing I don't like is the control panel is a little hard to see but we can work with that. I have found that in the bottom rack it is best to load the dishes in the back first so the rack doesn't tip. All three racks are sturdy and do not feel like they are going to break when you pull them out. The machine is quiet and can be run while watching TV or entertaining. All the dishes come out clean - and dry! Gone are the days of drying glass bottoms before putting away. I love the color (Juniper). It was an expensive purchase but well worth the money.

• I was so happy to get a new dishwasher and was thrilled with the results until I filled a glass with water and saw soap bubbles rising along with the water line. I thought perhaps I’m using too much detergent and so started to use less. Also of course used a rinse aid. . But to no avail. I still get a soapy residue on my glasses. I which means I have to rinse every glass before I use it. will contact Kitchen Aid after the holidays to get this dealt with. So disappointed that I may have to go through the hassle of getting a different dishwasher. If this problem didn’t exist Inwould give it a 4.5.

• I bought this a month ago as my first dishwasher had gotten moldy and I couldn’t get it clean! I liked the fact that it had a third rack but honestly it doesn’t hold much. So far it’s cleaning well but it’s not as quiet as my GE was. The door has to be pushed down’with some force ‘for it to open all the way. The bottom rack moves a little too fast and that will cause all the dishes to reposition, and the buttons on top are very sensitive and I don’t like that. I do love that I’m not getting any fingerprints and I like that the door pops open when washing is complete so that it releases steam so hopefully it will not get moldy!

• The first one I got didn’t work right off the bat. It would start to wash for about a half hour and then just stop and go right to clean but when I opened it the water hadn’t drained or anything. I had to hit the drain button. I called and a week later a replacement came. During the week I had the first one I got it to work properly twice. I have a large family and do dishes 2/3 times a day. And it worked properly twice in one week. The replacement did the same thing right from the start! I went right back to the store and bought a Bosch instead.

• Love how quiet the washer is. It is so quiet you believe that it’s not working. Love the third rack on top one of the reasons why I bought the washer. Love the silverware caddies with the slots. So easy to put silverware away.
