• I like the size of the wash for my 5 member family. It works great and is very quiet. I am also a big fan of the notification you can receive when it’s done with a cycle.

• I received this Maytag washing machine at a large discount for my honest opinion of the product. First, this washing machine has an agitator as opposed to the impeller style. Personally, I think that is just the preference of the purchaser. I have found that the agitator style cleans clothes better, and the wash cycles are shorter. Although the agitator takes up space, since it is just myself that I do laundry for it works well for me. This machine has a number of different cycles, including one for bulky items, which allows me to wash a comforter without having to take it to a laundry mat. After washing a few loads , I found that they are clean and the spin cycle works so well it takes less time to dry the clothes. The only thing that I would mention is that you have to hold the power button down for 2 or 3 seconds to get started as opposed to just pushing the button and releasing. Finally, Maytag is a trusted name in the industry and is known for making lasting products.

• I absolutely love this washer. It has a large capacity and easy to use. It’s very quiet and has several settings. I haven’t used the app yet. It was easy to set up.

• We recently just switched from a front load to this Maytag top load and love it! The clothes seem so much cleaner, and fresh. I love that it has an agitator that really shakes the clothes around to get them clean. The controls are super easy to use, and you can download the app and it will notify you when your laundry is done. The set up was perfect and easy to figure out. I will say if you’re short, I do have to stand on my tip toes to get the clothes out from the wash tub when it is finished. It is a little noisy when filling with water, but much less nosey than when our front loads were on a spin cycle. So far we love it!

• This washer has worked very well so far. Cleaning power is good. The washer uses very little soap and water. The transition to a no tech washer to this washer has been a challenge. The users manual really falls short in questions new users may have.

• Very nice. I like the new lid hinge as opposed to my former Maytag machine that had a bolt on each side! This hinged model is much better.

• I was putting off a new washer for a while now...finally the old one died. I was afraid that the newer ones wouldn't give me the satisfaction that my previous one had, I was wrong. It's very intuitive, quiet and modern. It cleans very well and I couldn't be more satisfied.

• This model cleans very well. To start a wash cycle takes a little longer than other models because of the electronic start and it is a little louder than my previous washers but more powerful. Maytag does not give a manual and to get one on-line was so tedious that I had to try to contact a customer representative, I waited on the phone for one hour, and couldn't get through until the next morning early. The customer representative tried to walk me through to download of the manual it but it was not successful. She had to email the manual. Maytag needs to reinstate giving customers an operating manual at delivery. Going green is not customer friendly. When one is buying an expensive washing machine the least a company can to is make it easy to get to know how to operate and maintain it with a manual at delivery.
