I bought mine the 1st of July 2025 had my first repair call in September a relay went out, November moter went out January pump went out oh forgot December filter went out. March mother board that they can't find aa replacement for. But when it did run it was super. But for 900.plus what with the stand and extended protection closer to 1100. Not good

I bought this a month ago. I bought the draw for it to set on. So much easier to put clothes in and out.. so happy I got them. Controls make it easy on what cycle I need to choose. Not only happy with the way it works but a beautiful set

A washer that does way more than wash. This was a huge upgrade for us, we had a similar model that we purchased 9 years ago. This washer works like a dream. I love the smart feature to let me know our clothes are clean. Our clothes feel so clean!

I am very pleased with my new Maytag washer. I had a Maytag washer previously that was a great appliance and when I moved to my new house, I immediately knew I was going to purchase a Maytag. This new washer has a huge capacity - I can do in one load what used to take me 2! Quiet, easy to use and gets everything clean.

My husband and I are so thrilled with this washer. It is easy to use and has lots of features. Our clothing, bedding, towels and dog beds are squeaky clean, soft and have a fresh scent. Highly recommend for anyone, especially people who are owned by fur and feather babies. We have always purchased Maytag products however this washer is extraordinary and a “dream come true.”

I have used this machine for a month, I have had two other Maytag front loads before. I like this front load too but a few issues or flaws. When washing bedding, towels or large amounts of items, when the spin cycle runs it knocks on the door which is the sound and left a nice mar above the window of the door. If you pull the detergent tray while the water is filling the washer, water will pour out. I did this when I forgot to put the softener in. It is pretty quiet, though the cycles are longer on some settings. Makes laundry day into days. The clothes come out clean and fresh and I have less pet hair in my clothes and blankets. I hope this washer and dryer set lasts me 15 years as did my last.

I’ve had the washer and dryer set for about a month now. Pet mode is a must. The notifications on your phone when the cycle is complete helps a lot! Overall great product with no issues or regrets yet!

I bought this a month ago and i hv had no problem opersting it. I feel this machine has better option than my previous electrolux maachine amd wash clothes better.

No longer than I’ve had this machine, I already love it. Built to last, it looks great and performs even better. I purchased a pedestal this time which was a first for me, and I am totally sold on the concept. That means no more bending and being in my mid 60s, that is definitely a good thing. We felt that the price we paid was well worth it due to the quality of the machine. It’s also a water saver as well. I commend the company on a job very well done.

So far so good. I was impressed with it's ability to handle grease as well as pet hair. Our last washer became unfixable in less than 4 years, so all this may be premature.

Excellent washer, although only had it for just over a week it meets our demands and are very happy with this pet pro washer. With a dog that sheds a lot we know this was the way to go plus our 2 cats seem to lose a lot of hair also

The Maytag Front Load Pet Pro washing machine is working great so far. It does do its job to remove pet fur and extra lint from my clothing. The machine is very quiet, I can hardly tell when its running a cycle. The large capacity is another huge perk. Its easy to use and cleans my clothing very well. I do also enjoy using the smart features to track my laundry load status and the drum like is a great feature that helps reduce the chances of leaving a clothing item behind while unloading the washing machine.

I have six large rescue dogs and a septic tank...The dogs live in the house, therefore there is lots of hair that is washed weekly. I only wish I would have gotten this machine earlier. Seeing how good it did ...I went ahead and got the pet dryer also...

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review. We bought this Maytag washer and dryer on sale at our local appliance store, and after reading all the mixed reviews I was hoping we got a 'good' set of appliances. Almost 5 months in and plenty of load of laundry done, we have not encountered any serious issues so far. Only one instance of a software glitch, which a on-off cycle resolved. We like the capacity of washer, it is big enough to comfortably wash bedding without feeling too cramped. The wash cycles take a tad bit longer than the Samsung washer it replaced, and it's a bit louder as well, but I think it actually washes clothes better. The blue finish is holding up well, despite us storing things on top. But do be careful because these things are easy to dent. Overall - we're happy with the Maytags. Not perfect, but it adequately serves its main function of washing clothes well and has enough wash cycles and modes to tackle any washing needs. If it holds up over the next 5-10 years, I would highly recommend.
