Excellent machine. Our last Maytag, which this one replaced, lasted us 13 years. So, of course we bought another. Works great and has a very easy and intuitive control panel. Clothes are very clean when done. We are very pleased with our new washer and we recommend Maytag for it's dependability and longevity. When our dryer dies, we will get a Maytag to replace it also.

No manual ,not even online.hard to figure out without a manual or being in the app.very hard to get the washer and dryer connected to wifi to use the app.but after getting them online and in the app they are a joy.much quiter then the bravosxl washer .love being able to put how much water I want to use.but over all great machine.

Based on my washer repair technician’s recommendation, I specifically looked for a machine with a direct-drive motor for better long-term durability, and this Maytag fit the bill at a great value. After using it, I quickly realized how much washing machine technology has evolved since my last purchase. The variety of cycle options makes it easy to tailor washes for specific needs, and the basin size is impressive. I can now wash all of my bedding—including a full duvet—in a single load, something that used to take three loads. It also handles bulky items like dog beds and washable rugs with ease. Overall, this washer offers excellent features at a fair price, backed by Maytag’s solid reputation. I’m very pleased with the upgrade.

Five stars. This Maytag Smart Top Load Washer with Extra Power performs exactly as it should. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity easily handles large or bulky loads, and it runs quietly without shaking or uneven spinning. Controls are clear and responsive, and the app connection is stable and practical without feeling intrusive. The Extra Power option actually improves cleaning, especially on mixed loads or tougher stains. Cycles finish efficiently, and clothes come out properly rinsed and fresh every time. The stainless steel drum is sturdy and smooth, showing no wear after steady use. One of the best parts is the optional ability to manually select the water level desired Many modern washers restrict that control, which often leads to poor washing and over-friction on clothes due to low water levels. , This machine avoids that problem entirely. It fills to the level you choose and gives full coverage to every load. My previous Whirlpool Cabrio washer had no such option available. So this alone puts this machine on a different class altogether. Build quality is about what one would expect these days from appliances--which is to say “good enough” for a 2020s appliance. . In summary: this washer combines ample load capacity and strong cleaning power with real user control and customization. Hopefully it can last 10 years or more without crapping out.
