Extra Power
The Extra Power button boosts drying power on any cycle by extending time, heat and tumbling. One push helps prevent underdrying by getting thick fabrics, pockets and seams drier the first time.
Moisture Sensing
Two sensors closely monitor inside moisture and air temperatures to deliver the right results for each load. When fabrics are evenly dry and air reaches ideal temperatures, the cycle stops, helping prevent over- and under-drying.
Wrinkle Prevent Option
Don’t worry about forgetting to take laundry out of the dryer. The Wrinkle Prevent option tumbles clothes for up to 150 minutes after the cycle ends to help prevent wrinkles from forming.
Quick Dry Cycle
The Quick Dry cycle dries small loads fast. Clothes will be ready before you know it when paired with the Quick Wash cycle.

Love the machine...however when driver delivered this , he had to reverse door opening .In this process door was put on crooked . Wich in turn damaged machine . Bright side is they are sending me a new machine

Has been working well-even with all of the dog and cat hair! It has a large drum so bigger loads are not an issue.

We bought this a month ago along with a matching washer as the motor on our old dryer gave out. Both look really good and the dryer has exceeded expectation as the drum is large so when a large load of laundry is done washing the entire load fits with extra room to tumble. Having all the options to choose from and the light panel so you can see where in the drying cycle the load is in is an added bonus to our old dryer.

We bought this dryer last week to replace a broken fancy GE dryer. I couldn't be more thrilled. I love the anti wrinkle feature. Also, the door opens completely, making it easy to transfer laundry into the machines. Plus, it seems to be bigger, and able to hold more than my old, broken dryer. We'll done Maytag!

I am happy with my MayTag Top Load Gas Dryer. It has an appropriate menu of functions which does not have all the "bells and whistles", but I am not one who uses the "bells and whistles". As a dryer, it does what it is supposed to do well, and it is sturdy. The gas drying capabilities are far better than electric, and I am happy with my purchase.
