• I bought this stove back in December and since then I have been having minor problems. The bake temperature won't go up or down on whatever temperature it is on. I hooked up my wifi because that's what the whirlpool technician told me I needed to do. It is still not letting me lower or raise the temperature. I mean all my products are Whirlpool I love Whirlpool but just not sure why my oven is not working correctly.

• Noticed when set in place that there was abnormal gap from control panel to body of range on left side vs right and same gapping when looking from back of range to control panel against glass cooktop. Also the storage drawer was revealing top of it more on one side vs other. Almost like it was tweaked, so never used and am getting an exchange, but would like to comment how the quality has changed in the storage drawer itself, compared to my 20 something old Kitchenaid KESC307HBT. ka unit drawer has side glides i believe and it strong and sturdy steel. This new unit storage drawer does not glide freely and very thin and flexing metal. Other big issue is the protective film could not be pulled off in one sheet. I tried with hair dryer and credit card and took an hour to get 6 inches removed which is ridiculous! Hoping things will be better when I get the backordered replacement unit. • We received a 30 inch Whirlpool smart range from Influenster, for testing purposes, in exchange for our honest opinion about the appliance. First of all, Whirlpool sent out someone to set up our range and ensured that the oven door was stable for child protection, which I didn't even know was a thing! I am blown away by the features that this range offers. On the cooktop there are six burners one of which has a triple element size, another which has a dual element size, two smaller sizes in the upper right and left corners, and a center warming zone. There are many modes including air fry with no preheat, air baking, slow cook, pizza with no preheat, self-cleaning, steam clean, bake, broil, and other modes. There is a bright clock display that includes a timer. Another modern feature is the option to connect this appliance with your smartphone, which unlocks more features that can make cooking/baking more convenient for the home chef. There is also a pull-out drawer which can store baking sheets and other baking tools. There are four knobs on the front, and they have a child protection feature that requires them to be pushed in and turned in order to turn on. I have successfully made brown butter garlic chicken thighs, and baked a sourdough boulé with this range. I am very happy with the results.

• Thank you so much for the opportunity to try this 30-inch Electric Smart Range with Air Cooking Technology. It does everything it says and more. The installation was so easy, it seems really durable and cleaning is breeze! It has a self clean feature, and the top of it is easy to clean as well. We have tried air frying, steaming and baking. We made fish sticks in there and they were crispy. Just like out of an air fryer. I can’t say enough how much I love love love this stove! Anybody out there who enjoys cooking I recommend this oven highly.

• The Whirlpool Smart Range is AMAZING!! I love the air cooking technology so much and was thrilled to install this during our kitchen renovation. The process of switching to a new stove was seamless too. The No Preheat air fry mode makes my food so crispy and delicious! My old oven didn’t have convection and I don’t see myself ever going back, it’s truly a game changer. I like how easy the range is to clean, as there are no heating coils to get in the way. Talk about an upgrade! The radiant elements really do boil so much faster than my old stove. Our weekly spaghetti night is even easier now! I have always been a fan of Whirlpool appliances, and I’m so happy to use this smart range every day!!

• HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The blue protective covering on the stove would NOT come off. We spent hours trying to get it off and the entire top of the stove was scratched. We called for assistance and explained this is a manufacture defect and requested either a new top plate to replace the damaged one or to return the stove and exchange it for a new one. There is no reason they couldn't use material that comes off easily. They denied our request and we appealed. A supervisor was supposed to call that same day and we NEVER heard from anyone and still haven't heard back from anyone. We have a brand new stove we paid a lot of money for with a scratched top because of this blue tape issue. We googled and the process to remove it is absolutely ridiculous. And they don't even tell you that process!!!!!!!! Had they I may have been able to avoid this. I had to google it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY.

• Easy installation and super easy cleaning. It doesn’t make any noise at all. It heats up really quick and the oven has set options that don’t need to preheat. It is electrical. So if you’re used to gas ranges it will be a change. I used to have a gas range and now I’m getting used to electrical.

• I recently upgraded to the Whirlpool 30" Electric Smart Range with Air Cook Technology, and after using it for a bit, here are my honest thoughts. The good first: I really like the look of this range — it has a clean, modern design that instantly updated my kitchen. The oven heats up super fast with the High Speed Preheat, and the different “air” modes are a nice upgrade from a standard oven. The No Preheat Air Fry option is convenient when I want something quick like fries or wings, and the wipe-clean cooktop makes daily cleanups easier than with my old range. I also like that it’s “smart” and can be connected to an app, though I don’t use that feature every day. That said, it’s not perfect. The burners take longer to boil water than I expected, which can be frustrating when I’m in a hurry. While the air fry mode works, it doesn’t crisp quite as well as my countertop air fryer, so it’s more of a bonus than a full replacement. The glass cooktop also scratches pretty easily if you’re not careful, and the control markings could be easier to read. Overall, I’d say this is a solid mid-range appliance with a lot of convenience features. If you love the idea of faster preheats, easy cleaning, and having air fry built into your oven, this will be a good fit. But if super-powerful burners or heavy-duty durability are your top priorities, you may want to look at other options.

• Looks good. But. I hate this range. It is a glass cooktop that does not come clean. When I have had water boil over or grease splatter, it does not come off all the way!!! There are marks that cannot be removed. I have tried every cleaner!!! Water boiling over stained it. I have had this for a few months and it is stained. • bought this Whirlpool range on October 17, and the LCD control panel didn’t work from day one. I reported it immediately and have spent nearly a month trying to get it repaired or replaced. Whirlpool told me there are no authorized technicians in my area and that I’d need to haul the range myself to a repair shop, completely unreasonable for a three-day-old appliance. I’ve spent hours on hold, been promised callbacks that never came, and still have no resolution. The range has never worked, and Whirlpool’s warranty support has been slow, disorganized, and unhelpful. I’ll never purchase another Whirlpool product again.

• i puchased this model specifically for the sabbath mode. I had difficulty enabling sabbath mode and then I was unable at all to disable so Best Buy exchangd it for another one. The same thing happened. I read the instructions an it said to hold "cook time" for 5 seconds and long press "cancel", but no matter how long I held the button the sabbath mode woul not disable. I was on the phone with your agent for 2 hours and she said she was sending out a repair guy. He figured out that your contro guide is incorrect. You press "cook time" again to disable, not cancel. I suggest you make this change in your guide, but otherwise the stove is very good.

• This range replaced a similar only as a slide in vs a free standing. All the features and functions work primarily the same. Biggest problem is there was blue tape that had permanently glued itself to the control panel that had to be removed by a hair dryer and LOTS of elbow grease. Took more than 3 hours to remove. Not sure but I think the range sat in a hot warehouse too long and the blue became part of the range.

• Purchased this range on 2/17/26. Used the oven twice, then used the steam clean feature. The oven made a pop sound, the 50A circuit breaker tripped, and the oven shut down. After resetting the circuit breaker tried to use the oven but it didn't turn on and a FEE6 error code displayed. A factory service tech came out and diagnosed that a component had to be replaced. The customer service folks were very helpful and the technician seemed competent. Part is now on order and oven is inoperable. Quite disappointing for a brand new appliance to fail like this. The oven that was replaced was 20 years old and worked perfectly. The only reason we replaced it was because it was old and we wanted a new and modern appliance.

• The oven stopped working the first time we used it after about an hours use. Gave the F1E1 error. There were many other issues on this brand new appliance. The metal near the control panel got hot and that could hurt someone. The burners pulsed on and off and it was not great at heating evenly on the stovetop. It came with blue film stickers that took hours to remove, so make sure the store and installers remove all packaging for you. Whirlpool support was closed on weekends, had long wait times to speak to customer service and then couldn't send someone out for more than 2 weeks. Then they said the part was on back order, so they don't even know when they could fix. Fortunately the store was able to replace with different appliance.

• I am overall really happy with this oven. It cooks well and I enjoy how crispy it makes my food. I only gave 4 starts as the front of it is already showing marks from where we have been cooking. We cook at least 1 meal a day on the stove and cook at least 5 times a week, so I feel like its going to show a lot of marks very quickly and that is disappointing for such a big purchase item

• we have had this stove for nearly 2 months, and the quality of the stove is not very good. Were on our 2nd stove replacement and it also has LCD issues, the whole top control panel is warped around stainless steel opening and doesnt have a seal around the lcd panel which causes a gap for anything to overflow under the stainless steel. Also, the plastic around the sides of the stove is now starting to just splinter in two causing more seal issues. We have a call order for a part replacement for the lcd screen since we got the 2nd stove because it also came defective and we were told a new one couldn't be sent and we would have do warranty repair. 2 months later still waiting for part. i would not buy this stove, seems like all the positive reviews are influencers that were given free stoves, hard to give a honest review when the product was free.

• Poor owners manual, instructions don't match photo of the panel on that manual, unable to get SETTINGS as Front Control Electric Range Control Guide referrers to and neither live chat nor phone call to Costumers Service resolved the issue. Live chat kept referring to Control Guide manual, as robot would, another word waisted 45 minutes, telephone call referred me to WI-FI where I will find the settings, which I did not. Bluetooth does not recognize the range, either range or instructions are bad. Stuck on Celsius, won't change. website/Bluetooth. Defective range or bad instructions, opted out for a service call.

• The first time I used the range I got an error code F1E1. I called Best Buy and they delivered another range a week later. The second range is giving me the same F1E1 error code. They are sending a Tech out next week. Really disappointed in Whirlpool.

• Nice looking unit and seems to be working as designed but I don't like that the control buttons are so difficult to get to register. The oven temperature adjustment has to be in 25 degree increments and cannot be adjusted once oven is started. I need to shut off and restart if I was to turn the temp up or down. Although it does preheat quickly and will send a notification to your phone which is helpful. I would not buy this again or any model site unseen going just by website description.

Cld Service Dept; waiting for hours to get callBack.Took 5 Days to reach a SERVICE TECH IN Louisiana to report broken Control Panel; could not fix problem. Set up soonest REPAIR TICKET FOR Dec. 4, 2025 between 8am-5pm. Advised not to use; Thanksgiving Ruined!

• I would usually give 5 stars but I am very frustrated at this point. My range arrived late morning of 2/13/26 and the men spent an hour at the end of the driveway trying to take off the blue protective covering before bringing it in the house. Once installed I found the broiler would not work. I called Jetson Service and scheduled service for March 4th. I tried to go on line for a manual and put in the Model # that was on the stove door-WSES5030SZ0-no such number? I put in the number you gave me-WSES5030SB-no such number? What gives? I wanted a manual to tell me about my new stove-not one that just tells me how to clean it. 2/23/26-got manual and broiler works fine. Cancelled Jetson service call. That's why a manual would have been helpful from the beginning. Change to four stars. Model # is WSES5030SZ!!!
