• When I received the Whirlpool 30 inch smart range I was excited to try the air fryer. It works well! It does take longer than a regular air fryer. The WiFi option is awesome! I downloaded the whirlpool app and I am able to control the oven by my phone. It alerts me when the preheat is done. I wish there was an easier way to remove the grates to clean but I am extremely happy with this stove!

• Absolutely loving all the features in my Whirlpool 30-inch Gas Smart Range with Air Cooking Technology. The sleek look of the range is so nice, a very clean look. All the touch buttons for the oven right at front on the oversized control panel, which being oversized seems like a safety feature. The ease of using the oven air fryer is great. My kids like how simple it is with no preheating, so putting their food in the oven before even starting the oven is convenient. From oven baked chicken a whole chicken, or chicken nuggets, the air fryer is a breeze to use, and saves so much time. I love cooking my fall meals in a slow cooker Dutch oven and using the slow cooker setting my short ribs came out so tender. The ease of cleaning using the steam cleaner feature was so easy. I love this new feature! No chemicals and a nice safe easy clean. The gas stove top with the griddle middle is amazing. Pancakes eggs all going at one time for my family.

• I’m in all received my stove from Influenster, it such a beautiful durable sleek stove. I have more cook room and the middle grill is great for tortillas. Very easy to clean up, just wipes away with simple rag. Has 2 racks for the baking holidays. I’m very pleased.

• SO EXCITED for my new stove! The stove comes directly from Whirlpool, and scheduling delivery and the delivery itself was a breeze. They even took away the old stove! And wow, we are so impressed with the features and overall look of the product. It came in stainless-steel color, and it makes the space look expensive and classy. It’s not too bad with fingerprints either, and grease comes off very well! I love how fast the burners come up to temp - the website states that this stove boils water quicker with their “SpeedHeat” feature, and they weren’t lying! We haven’t had a chance to test the oven out (only the burners), but I’m so excited for the air frying capabilities! Overall, it’s a great product and meets all of our needs. First time owning a WhirlPool appliance, and we are certainly impressed.

• This stove is very nice looking, I LOVE the black stainless and so far works as a stove should (I've had it a week). However, I do not like the buttons to operate the oven, you have to push them very hard to get any response, as a matter of fact when we first installed it I thought it was a defective control panel because I couldn't get any buttons to work. I also wish I had more control over the size of flame on the burners, they do not go low enough for my liking, but that could be personal preference. Overall, its nice looking, and cooks things as it should, but there is much room for improvement l, especially for this price range

• I bought this range a few weeks ago and it has exceeded all of my expectations. Perfect combo setup with otr microwave and fridge. Compliments the kitchen color perfectly.

• I love this stove! It has so many functions and also easy to clean! Installation was competed and took only a few minutes. I have had no issues using the stove.

• Not to happy with putting cook time with pushing the button for every minute, so a 2 hour cook time you have to push the button 120 times to get to the 2 hours. Thankfully I hardly ever need that much time but for big turkeys etc, the pushing on that button will be a pain in the butt. I believe this will also cause that button to fail more quickly than if you could just hold it and it jumps 5 to 10 increments. etc. The bottom drawer is also cheaply made and does not glide out smoothly. I have not used the broil feature yet. Im used to gas broiler to broil steaks so this will interesting to broil a steak with however this range does it electrically

• We have had his range for less than a week. The keypad is partially dysfunctional. On some of the keys, it requires extreme pressure to get the key to respond (we are in good shape and not weak). Even then, it doesn't always work. The up and down arrows are nearly impossible to use. It's very frustrating and disappointing. In addition, we did not receive an owner's manual. We did receive an installation manual, but not an owner's manual explaining the various features. Again...very disappointing. I very much hope Whirlpool will address and correct these issues.

• DO NOT BUY THIS RANGE. I bought this stove in October of 2025 and within a week the electric panel showed an E2 error, saying there was a button stuck. I had to wait 4 months for a new panel to be installed, and the first time I turn on the stove with the new panel I get the same error. Whirlpool is refusing to replace the range for me as my warrantee only covers repairs. I have to wait for a new panel on back order to arrive and the stove still does not work. There is a flaw with the electric panel, which controls the oven settings, sitting so close to the burners. Any sort of liquid from the top of the range affects the functionality of the panel. Do not buy this range, and stay away from whirlpool appliances as they do no honor faulty products. I’m out over $1,000 and have a new stove that does not work.

• Absolutely beautiful gas range and oven. We replaced our 12 year old Bosch and wow this oven is such an upgrade. The size of burners makes a huge difference and creates even heat for any size pot or pan. I love the griddle style burner in the middle as well - although I haven’t used it yet I’m looking forward to using Corningware and casserole dishes there! All of the range knobs are easy to use (but not so easy that you accidentally light it!) and labeled well. My only two complaints are minor: that the screen cooking button options are a little stiff and sometimes takes multiple presses - again - I prefer this to accidentally turning on a cooking function and that the oven door makes a loud creaking sound when it’s fully opened. I’m hoping the latter goes away with time and use. Overall, I’m very impressed with this oven and highly recommend!

• We have only had the stove for a couple weeks but so far so good. We like the airframe feature however it uses a ton of power so if we run the microwave at the same time it will flip our breaker. The touch buttons are a little hard to press. When it arrived the blue tape they put on was a nightmare to remove. Truly those are the worst overall its a great appliance.

• First, the flame output felt more like something you’d find in a commercial kitchen than a home range. The front stoves were powerful to the point of being difficult to use for everyday cooking. Second—and the biggest issue—the cleaning process was a nightmare. To clean the surface properly, you have to remove the grates, and they were extremely heavy and cumbersome to deal with. What should’ve been a quick wipe-down turned into a full workout. Overall, it’s a beautiful appliance, but not practical for someone who cooks often and needs simple, manageable cleaning. I ended up returning it.

• We bought this particular model because the specs showed it to be shallower than most other slide-in ranges. However, when we got it found it was two inches deeper than the specs showed. We managed to make it work, but it’s not ideal. Functionally, it’s just OK. Adjusting the flame height is a bit touchy. It would also be better if one of the smaller burners was in the front, rather than both in the back. Finally, the buttons to control the oven are very hard to push (they should be more touch sensitive). On the plus side, it is a nice looking stove, and the grates are very heavy duty.

• The gas slide in stove looks amazing and cooks great. But it doesn't slide completely back to the wall, so is about an inch away. Also, the timer is very hard to use, requiring multiple hard presses for each minute. It has a very low chime that cannot be adjusted any louder. My arm has brushed against the controls while cooking and actually turned on a burner several times. On the good side, the stove is attractive, easy to clean, cooks and bakes great. Just one more complaint - it didn't come with an owners manual, just an installation manual. After multiple phone calls to the dealer, I was provided a second installation manual and finally a user manual via email that I had to download and print.

• I'm going to be remodeling my kitchen next month and I can't wait to see what it's going to look like with the slide in range and having backsplash directly behind it, so far so good. The only thing is that the owner's manual doesn't show you how use all the special features that are on the oven, for example the steam cleaning for one.

• I AM HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS, BUT, THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE STOVE? I DON'T WANT TO GO ON LINE FOR THIS INFO, I LIKE TO HAVE A HARD COPY SO I CAN REFER TO IT. VERY DISAPPOINTING. WHIRLPOOL DID SEND ME A FEW IDEAS IN AN E-MAIL, BUT LIKE I SAID I LIKE A HARD COPY. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS STOVE AGAIN KNOWING THIS!!!!!!

• I love this range. I love the versatility of the oven. It cooks perfectly. The option of air bake is what I most like about it. It cooks thing evenly.

• I think this stove will be OK, but very annoyed that the 1st time the oven was lit smoke and odor filled the kitchen. Oils from manufacturing?? That should be removed before the stove goes into someone's home. Also, one of the igniters would not fire on the cooktop and we had to have a service call. Why? The wire feeding power to that igniter was not connected. Not too much good to say about your Quality Control. And now, we have to find someone to come and calibrate the oven. We had high hopes for this stove, but are somewhat disappointed.

• Dislikes: The top takes longer to clean because it doesn't have a smooth surface like my old one did. The digital menu board needs to be pushed hard to get it to work. I don't use the timer, it takes too long to set, I use a counter top timer instead. Likes: The burners give even temps. I need to calibrate the over but otherwise it works well. Still working on learning the air fryer.

• This is a great range. Powerful burners (much stronger than my old range), and the oven heats up quickly and evenly. Love the 'air fry' mode, and surprisingly impressed by the broiler function too which also works much better than my old range did. My only complaint is that the buttons on the control panel are a little fiddly, particularly the temperature up/down buttons which seem to need a little more force than expected to operate, and there's little to no tactile feedback to let you know whether you've pressed it properly or not.
