• Finally I have a quiet dishwasher! I'm so glad that I have a dishwasher that I finally get to enjoy! I received this product for free from Influenster and Whirlpool in exchange for my honest review. One of the features I like about this dishwasher is that it has 3 racks inside of it to hold dishes. I am able to wash more dishes inside of it. It's got a nice silverware holder that is large. It can be used for bigger utensils as well. I enjoy that the dishwasher is quiet when I ran a was through it. Another nice feature is that you can delay the wash time. This is perfect because sometimes I would forget to start the dishwasher. I can always put a delay start on it, knowing that I won't forget to start the dishwasher. I was very happy when my dishes came out very clean. I'm very impressed with this dishwasher and I'm going to be telling my family and friends all the amazing features on it. This Whirlpool dishwasher is one that I highly recommend.

• I am extremely impressed with the high functionality of the eco series dishwasher. The design is beautiful, featuring a fingerprint resistant dark stainless steel. The dishwasher is large inside with 3 racks. My favorite part is the top rack which I can lay mugs, bowls and silverware inside. This helps provide more room for dishes on the bottom two racks. The middle rack is adjustable and can be taken up if I have a large item on the bottom rack. This dishwasher is extremely quiet and I am so impressed with how easy it is to operate. All of my dishes have come out clean and beautiful every time that I have used it. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

• I love that I can adjust the racks to fit largers bowls and pots The 3rd rack makes a huge difference it can hold a large number of dishes at once. The black stainless steel finish is gorgeous it gives my kitchen a sleek modern and stylish look it is a fantastic addition to our kitchen. Super quick machine that don’t even know it’s running The cleaning power is awesome I am extremely impressed with how my dishes came out very clean and super sparkly . I am so happy that I have the opportunity to test and review such a great product🙏

• The dishwasher seemed to be working great until it wasn’t. The dishwasher is 6 months old and the tub has to be replaced. There is a seam on lower right outer side of the metal tub that has a small gap that caused a slow leak (at first) then to the point of a huge leak with flowing water. My laminate floors around the dishwasher are damaged. When I called Whirlpool, it took 45 mins for customer service to answer. A technician was called out (he was awesome) and I was informed that even though only 6 mths old, he can not replace the unit but has to replace the tub which is a complete rebuild. I called Whirlpool again and tried to get to a manager, two hours on hold and a promise a manager would call back within 4 hrs and 2 days with no callback. I would not recommend Whirlpool to anyone bc of this issue, but mainly because of the customer service received… or NOT received. I am so disappointed in this product.

• This Eco Series Quiet Dishwasher with a 3rd rack is awesome! The color is so cool! I never thought I would like black stainless in my kitchen but I really do love it! It has the third rack which is so great for washing the littler things that take up unnecessary space in the top or bottom racks! Literally if you need more room in your dishwasher look into getting that third row! The buttons are on top of the dishwasher too which I also love because the dishwasher I currently have they’re on the front and that is not toddler friendly at all! Plus it looks more sleek when the buttons are hidden! Highly recommend.

• This is a thoughtfully designed dishwasher. It is so quiet and efficient. The 3rd rack makes a huge difference for capacity. I love that I can adjust the racks to fit largers bowls and pots. Blown away at the capacity. The sensor wash is a great feature so you can get dishes clean and still be environmentally responsible and energy conserving. It washes and dries extremely well, getting even baked on pans clean. I love the black stainless finish. It fingerprint resistant. Whirlpool has thoughtfully tucked the control panel on top so you get a beautiful clean look. The control panel is easy to use and read.

• The Whirlpool eco series quiet dishwasher has not disappointed over the last month of usage. I upgraded from a two rack, plastic interior dishwasher to this three rack, stainless steel interior dishwasher. The stark difference in results after a cycle exceeded my expectations. This dishwasher has multiple settings and after trying each one, they all efficiently cleaned my dishes. While I do wish dishwasher times could be reduced, the one thing I enjoy the most is my dishes being dry upon completion of a wash cycle. Prior to this, I used to open the dishwasher door to allow air drying and later learned this was attributed to the interior material. Not only is this dishwasher easy to use, the middle rack can be moved up and down a couple of inches. I mainly use the Heavy/San Rinse setting. While it does a great job with cleaning, I did notice a few items with caked on food needed a little attention post wash cycle. As for the sound, I was impressed at how quiet it was and even questioned if it was on at some points. You will hear it if standing next to the dishwasher during certain cycles but I could not hear it from the second level of my home.The outside design is sleek and the black stainless is my new favorite color for appliances. It took a little getting used to having the buttons on the top of the door, which required me to bend down and look for the timer. Overall, this dishwasher does a great job cleaning and sanitizing dishes. The high heat leaves dishes dry for the most part. The three racks allow for more dishes per cycle and the lack of noise makes it great for overnight cleaning.

• Starting off, the black stainless steel is gorgeous! The buttons are on the top so the dishwasher looks so sleek. There is a little light of the front right of the dishwasher that lights up blue when it's running and white when it's done. A little "clean" lights up on the top as well. I've ran several unrinsed loads through and every dish has come out sparkling. It works well with both pods and liquid dishwasher detergent. The plastic items do come out with just a few drops of water but that is to be expected. I don't have any mugs that fit the third rack. But the third rack is great for water bottle lids, good2grow bottle/character tops, larger cooking utensils, small prep bowls and so much more. I've been enjoying this dishwasher. I love the indicator light, accurate lime left countdown, and how clean my dishes have been coming out.

• So very excited to try this dishwasher! It is so spacious and had a ton of options to place dirty dishes, cups, silverware and other utensils. It is by far the quietest machine I have heard. The dishes do not get extremely dry, but that is expected with newer energy efficient machines. The color was sleek in black stainless steel. We will definitely be looking to replace the other appliances with matching options in the future!

• The Whirlpool Eco Series three rack dishwasher was an upgrade for my kitchen. I like that the dishwasher has three racks so I can fit more in the bottom rack and the silverware is all the way on the top. The middle rack is adjustable to accommodate taller items. The controls are located on the top which gives it a sleeker design compared to front controls. The black stainless finish blends well with the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. The handle is easy to grab and the door opens smoothly. The stainless steel tub is an important feature since it is more durable than other materials. This is the quietest dishwasher that I have ever experienced. When running it sounds like a very low hum. If you have a house with children or dogs barking, you wouldn't know it is even running. Overall I think this dishwasher is effective, very quiet, and aesthetically pleasing.

• Super quiet and a useful 3rd rack. I installed it myself. Installation was straightforward. We’re happy with the appearance, although we noticed the front panel is slightly distorted at the bottom edge and near the handle. We’re pleased with the space in the racks. I was able to put in cookie sheet vertically in the left side. However the rack design should be improved. In particular putting bowls in the bottom is awkward and there’s no built in support for wine glasses. The Kitchenaid we have in our other condo has better rack design but the front panel is corroding. All and all were happy with the quality and features at this price point.

• First off this Whirlpool Dishwasher was incentivized by Influenster. Let me tell you this bad boy is super quiet. You can barely hear it run at all. The design is very sleek and elegant. Very modern on the front, but the inside where all the magic happens is very nice. So well designed with 3 racks and excellent extra space for utensils. I haven't used it more than a week yet to say whether or not it's more efficient than my last dishwasher but I'd feel confident saying it's to par. The only con I had with it was the first 2 days of receiving it, the installers weren't great. That has nothing to do with the dishwasher itself though.

• I received the Whirlpool Eco Series Quiet Dishwasher complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review and love it. Whirlpool really meant it when they called this one quiet as I hardly notice it running. At times it gets louder where you can hear it for a few minutes, but there is not a constant noise coming from this dishwasher. If I have a TV on or I am in a different room, I cannot hear it. I even thought I did not start it correctly because I did not hear it running for a while. The loudest noise is the ding it lets out to let you know it is done. A great feature of this dishwasher is that it has three racks. A family member has a different three rack dishwasher as well, but their top is very shallow and only allows for utensils. I prefer the design of this rack much more as I use a lot of small ramekins for food prep, and this is the perfect space and allows for me to wash more per load. The middle rack can be raised up for larger items in the bottom and this was very simple to do by holding in the buttons on each side. This washer has several cycles and it was easy to navigate through them with the buttons on top. One of my other dishwashers had very sensitive buttons located over the handle where you would accidentally turn it on when opening and closing and I appreciate this design where the start button is further over from the center. My dishes come out looking clean, and are much dryer than my previous dishwasher; there is little to no standing water on top of bowls or cups. This has an indicator light that is very vibrant and lights blue when washing, red when drying and white when complete. When you open the dishwasher after it is done cleaning, the white light will shut off upon closing. I wasn't sure on the color as I was never a big fan of stainless steel, but the black stainless is absolutely stunning and looks so nice with my white cabinets. This has a mirror like finish that is very elegant and every time I come into the kitchen, I think how much I love the look of this. I hope to be able to switch out all my old appliances to match this beautiful black finish in the near future, and give my kitchen an updated appearance. I really have nothing but good things to say about this dishwasher and I am very happy with the clean dishes it produces.

• 1. Dishwasher Drying Issue - My dishwasher fails to dry dishes even when I select the extended dry option. Water droplets remain throughout the interior. - I suspect the heating function is not working properly. - I’m concerned that the persistent moisture may lead to mold growth. 2. Customer Service Experience - I called the service department one week ago, and it took me 30 minutes to reach a representative. - The representative advised me to use rinse aid and promised to send a sample, which I never received. - My Whirlpool refrigerator, purchased along with the dishwasher, also has a control issue. The representative could not resolve it and transferred me to another person. - I waited an additional 50 minutes on hold, but no one assisted me before the service center closed. - In total, I spent 90 minutes on the call without a resolution. 3. Repair Scheduling - I called again today and scheduled a service appointment, but the earliest available date is nine days from now. I may update this survey after they solve this problem.

• The Whirlpool Eco Series Quiet Dishwasher with 3rd rack was an upgrade from my 10 year old machine. I received this from Influenster and Whirlpool in exchange for my honest review, and I'm so glad I have the opportunity to try it. It's amazing how it fits onto the existing space yet has so much more room for dishes. The 3rd rack makes a world of difference. You can see in the images that it cleans built up food very well, though not perfectly. Even with the auto cycle and heat dry, many items were still wet, but maybe it's user error. It's very quiet, and I love that the word "Clean" illuminates when the cycle is finished, even after the dishwasher has been opened, so there's no question if the dishes can be unloaded. I'm excited to keep using this dishwasher and seeing what it's capable of.

• We bought this one because our similar KitchenAid died after 4.5 years. We use them 1-2 times daily for our large family so we got our use for sure. The reason for my 4 star is because the top (3rd) rack is too high and we can't fit the same bowls that we fit on the top rack of the KitchenAid. And with the left side being so flat, if I put a small bowl up there the water spray does not get it clean. The top rack needs to be about .5" lower, and the left side needs a slight angle to allow the sprayers to get to everything. There was also a chunk cut out of our insulation blanket on the top, which was strange!

• The recessed handle is very sleek and looks great. It is quieter than my old one it’s not silent but noticeably more quiet! Also, the cycles are pretty long so I’m still trying to find my perfect one, It holds a ton of dishes. I love the adjustable 2nd rack There's so much height space in this dishwasher, I find I don't need to move the 2nd rack very often. when we started our kitchen remodel and were looking at appliances I knew I wanted a 3rd rack dishwasher and man this didn’t disappoint! The one thing I would change is I don’t love the buttons on the top of the door. I just feel like steam is going to get inside but with all the 3rd racks they seem to be designed that way so it was have the 3rd rack or have the buttons in a different location… I’m so happy I got the chance to receive this dishwasher for free for an honest review!

• Many features of this dishwasher I do not like at all! I have attached three pictures and a short video showing some of my displeasures. The top rack is virtually useless with our silverware, utensils, and dishware. The location of the silverware tray on the bottom rack is not designed well. The utensils don't fit in there well and its location causes a loss of space for dishes. My previous silverware holder was in the door which was much more space efficient. The spacing of the tines on the racks will not hold dishes upright as shown in your illustrations and video on how to load a dishwasher (yes, we watched the video). Was told by customer service that this dishwasher is energy efficient - it takes nearly three hours to wash and dry a load of dishes, which is twice as long as my previous dishwasher (which was also a Whirlpool). Even after sitting overnight, when the door is open the inside of the dishwasher is wet and water pours out from the spray arms, and the cracks and crevices of the racks. (see attached pics and video). The dishes and utensils are, for the most part, dry; however, when the water pours from the various spaces, then they get wet before we can get them out. What is the vent in the upper left corner of the front for? It just leaks water down the front of the dishwasher and into the floor. Plus, all the appliances are advertised as fingerprint resistant stainless steel. They are not! (forgot to add this on the review of the fridge)
