• I’m very impressed by how clean my clothes are and how little laundry detergent is necessary for each load. I also like the large capacity tub and the stainless steel construction.

• So far so good. Washing great, no noise no “walking” around. It was leveled to the floor with legs screwed all the way to the fame. No bouncing around as its spins. Can’t hear the washer from 10 feet away even if I want to. Large capacity big enough for family of 4. Drum is so big that bought a grabber for laundry items placed on the bottom. You can decide how much water to use to have your laundry done the way you want to not the government. Normal cycle run ~50 minutes. Easy to use with 3 knobs. Find a way to do pre-soaking of laundry with Lysol germs & Covid 19 killer with quick rinse & spin function (wish it was there “pre-soak”) Just load the laundry in, put some Lysol disinfectant directly to the drum on the top of a load & let the machine feel with water, once it’s full just press the pause button & hold on for 20 minutes. Needs 15+ minutes to disinfect. Then press the start button again & let the machine finish it (rinse & drain) After this you can select your regular wash cycle to wash these items. Basket is solid unpainted stainless steel so nothing to peel off. The agitator is dual function with softener cup on the top of it. Not advisable to use softener instead using Lysol disinfectant is better, more practical & healthier. There is separate spot for bleach in the lower left corner of the machine. That’s about it. Hope this helps. With light laundries this machine will last probably 20+ years if treated & cared for right. How to level the machine? Easy, only the front 2 legs need to be adjusted to your needs (best to screw them all the way to the frame) & the back legs will adjust & lock automatically after the machine is tilted forward 4-6” & lowered back to the floor. They will level themselves up to the front legs & locked in so the washer standstill & it’s stable. Won’t move, none.

• Basket is large so I can do high capacity loads. Enough cycles for my needs. I like that it shuts off when cycle is complete.

• Good that I purchased the commercial grad machine. Hoping functions better abb by d lasts longer. So far so good. Last lessor machine wouldn’t balance well and needed replacement within 5 years

• I like the large capacity basket as I can wash larger loads. It has more cycles than I will normally use but I like to have the options. So far it runs fine and my clothes are clean. I am a very satisfied customer especially with the 5 yr warranty. Thank you!

• Only have used them a couple of times so far. Hopefully I will be able to use them without any problems for a very long time just like the Amana set that we had for over 25 years. We love the product so far, our issues have been never ending with Spencers TV on N Scottsdale Road.

• I love this washer! It just has basic features, but the fact that you can control the water and it actually spins both ways so it gets the clothes super clean! I’ve only had it for a month, but I’ve washed probably 30 loads in it and I’m so happy with it!

• Great product. I do half the loads of wash. Clothes are very clean. A little pricy , but well worth it. My old washer was atlest 26 years old and the space it fit in was small compareds to the newer washers, so we had limited space for a new one. Selection was very low. This washer was the largest for the space and I love it. If anyone prefers a top load vs a front load hands down this is the best on the market.

• Washer is modeled after old school with the advantage of modern technology to wash. The spin cycle is so effective the clothes are nearly dry upon completion. The cycle time is very resonable and the agitator ensures the clothes are clean in that massive barrell!

• We've had washer for only one month and are very happy with it so far. Have not had any issues with it being off balance during spin cycle or complaints regarding water level. Seems to have plenty of water for what I would consider small, medium or large loads. Only comment I would make is that it makes the strangest noises, not necessarily loud, just odd. Love it so far though.
