• I have only had the washer 1 week but so far I love it. Large drum, effective agitator, spins the load so well that it saves me drying time. Most importantly I love all the control options. All loads so far have come out very clean - from delicates to jeans and towels. I'm praying it will continue to perform this well for years to come.

• I love this washer. I’m old school and wanted a top load washer with an agitator. Check. Wanted to choose my own water level. Check. The washer has enough settings for my needs and works well, better than my old trusted machine that died even. If I forget to choose the water level on my own, the auto feature does a great job and I’ve had no problems. Washer is big enough for blankets and bedding for king size bed. Overall I am totally satisfied with this washer.

• I absolutely love this washing machine. It is quiet and efficient. The loading capacity is so large that I can wash my comforters with no problem. I like the fact that the cycles are timed also and there is no water waste.

• The delivery was very well executed, plus the removal of the older machine. The washer seems to be running well. After reading the machine instructions, that were very helpful for the heavy loads that I do often.

• We are loving our new washer! It cleans clothes wonderfully. We haven’t had any issues period. We love the touch controls and all the other options, to optimize, whatever item, we may be washing. I love tech, but not so much tech, to you can’t control your washer. This washer doesn’t present that problem at all. It’s just enough tech, but not to much. The machine is quiet compared to my previous washer, and it has a nice elegant look to it! Awesome product!

• So far real nice. Since November 2025. I had a new washer the model under this one which I have had a prior one had for 5 years never an issue. Then purchased it again the other model. It was a lemon off the start 1st day it leaked on the left bottom side rattled and was loud. they exchanged it with a new, then 4 months later it was off the settings of hot cycle would come out cold. they wanted to fix I request to exchange out but they delay to try to fix being under a year old. Then the Palisades Fire happened so I had to get rid of due to sever smoke damage. So that ended that. Bought this one model and had no problems whatsoever. They don't make washer to last like they use to so I just plan on 5 years if it gets me there Its worth it. So far love this machine I can keep lid open as it fills to add soap before clothes. I like to choose water level I can add more water if need be.

• I love my machine. They are a little loud. I like having the time remaining visible. There are only 2 people in our family so the water level is usually sufficient.
