  • We were in need of a new dishwasher after only 6 years with our previous one. This product was about the same price but performs much better! The wash cycle is much quieter, the dishes are cleaner and the appliance is very easy to use. We're pleasantly surprised at the upgrade and the value.

    SammerRu05/23/2026 06:30 AM

  • Installation at home was very straightforward. No leaks and extremely quiet!

    bobb2705/21/2026 06:50 PM

  • Bought in January 2026, installed February 2026, a moderate dishwasher price range, does the job; very simple board to start. Stainless interior tub. Very nice.

    dishwasher 202603/23/2026 06:40 PM

  • We bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago. It is very quiet and cleans dishes well (much better than our previous GE dishwasher). It has the controls on the front door which makes it easier to use. My wife loves it.

    Maytag Dishwasher FDL03/21/2026 09:29 PM

  • I received this washer to replace my old one, and it was a good swap. Delivery and setup were stellar and prompt. The machine works efficiently in cleaning my dishes and no noise during the process. The washer is sensitive, so be sure to have the dishes aligned correctly and the required dishwasher pod. If the wrong soap is used and the dishes are not set right, the dishwasher will shut down. This is a safety setup installed by Maytag. The power blast cycle, auto, and quick are options to use depending on the result you want. All cycles ultimately clean the dishes, with the cycle being the fastest. I love the dishwasher

  • Working perfectly , too soon to give a real review, it’s too new.

    Dishwasher white03/08/2026 09:54 PM

  • This replaced my Maytag dishwasher that worked faithfully for almost 18 years. I already love it!

    DOROTEX02/27/2026 12:23 AM

  • I purchased the dishwasher and had it delivered to my home. I chose to install the machine myself. I would recommend this only for somewhat experienced DIYers as some of the steps were challenging (ex. reconnecting the wiring for the drip pan; hooking up direct wiring). If you self install, I strongly recommend watching the Maytag/Whirlpool videos for your product - these proved to be invaluable and I probably would have not been able to install the product without these resources. The paper installation instructions are not that helpful as the illustrations are not actual photos but instead they are drawings which diminish the usefulness. The steps in the paper manual that are outlined are accurate and you must follow these exactly if you want success. After installation, I was able to run the test cycle successfully and monitored for any leaks (none found). We've been using the dishwasher now for a little over a week and are very impressed with its performance - it cleans really well, looks great, is quiet, easy to use and it seems to handle all kinds of dishes/pans. We're currently experimenting with different cycles and detergents - we were a bit surprised to see that the normal cycle is well over 3 hours but after researching we have learned that this is normal for the newer technology dishwashers. Overall, we are very satisfied with our Maytag dishwasher (so far) and hope that the solid performance continues.

  • It is simple to operate and cleans the dishes well!

  • Great dishwasher. Nice color and very quiet when running it

    Carerule02/12/2026 11:37 AM

  • Pleased with it so far. Owners manual is terrible. Generic in nature, drawings lack clarity, explanation of operations lacking.

    Chuckaroo202/07/2026 08:27 PM

  • Cleans and dries well and very easy to use. Overall, very good machine.

    Bill202602/07/2026 07:06 PM

  • Easy to operate. Very quiet. Dishes come out clean.

  • I absolutely love this Maytag Top Control Dishwasher. It’s so much easier to use compared to my old one—simple, straightforward controls without any unnecessary complications. I’ve had it for about a year now, I know, late review 😩 but it still works like it’s brand new. The cleaning power is great, the dishes come out spotless, and the heated dry feature is a huge bonus. The extra-roomy upper rack has also been super convenient for larger pots and pans. Overall, it’s been reliable, efficient, and totally worth it!

  • Had this dishwasher for about a month. Really happy, it does a great job, usually the quick cycle is all you need to leave your dishes looking great in a short time, and it's really quiet. I think it was a great value and was easy to install too.

    Firebuster00701/14/2026 08:41 PM

  • We recently had this Maytag dishwasher installed, to replace an old Whirlpool dishwasher that was around 20 years old. One thing that I was a little disappointed with in the beginning is the instructions - there is very little there. Most of the information is on a quick-start guide that is the front and back of one page. The rest of the booklet that comes with the dishwasher is mostly warranty info and safety warnings. This model doesn't have a lot of cycle options - there are Auto, Normal, and Quick wash cycles, with a PowerBlast option. There are are also High Temp and Sani Rinse modes, and Heated Dry can be set to Short, Long, or None. Auto is supposed to set the wash options for you, but it is not clear what kind of sensors it is using. It has always set the cycle to Normal with Short Heated Dry when I have pressed it. I have so far run all washes on Normal with no Heated Dry. With the exception of two bowls on two different washes that came out still dirty, everything has come out of the new dishwasher clean, and in most cases it is already dry despite not using the heated dry option. I am very pleased with the cleaning performance and drying on the Maytag. With our old dishwasher we rinsed everything before putting it in and we no longer have to do that. We used to wash anything really dirty or large by hand, and even still some things would come out dirty from the old dishwasher. Plastic items also frequently came out wet from the old dishwasher, but I only have to towel dry items occasionally with the Maytag, and that is without using the heated dry option. The cycles do take much longer than our old dishwasher - I think the Normal cycle usually takes around 2.5 hours. The Maytag is a little quieter than our old dishwasher, but it isn't silent - if you are in the same room you will hear it, and if you are in a nearby room without a door between you may be able to hear it there as well. We got the model in black, and I think it looks nice. With the exception of the controls, a small screen, and the recessed handle, the front is smooth - even the Maytag logo is hidden on the top of the door until you open it. On the inside, the tub is stainless steel and there are two racks. The racks are coated metal and plastic. The utensil basket is solid plastic. You won't find any adjustable items in this one - no stemware holders or tines that fold down. The utensil basket lifts out and goes back in easily. One thing that I like is that it is much easier to put rinse aid into this dishwasher than my old one - someone finally made a design that is easier to pour into. Overall, I think this dishwasher does a great job, and although it doesn't have a lot of features, I think it does the most important things at a reasonable price compared to the other options on the market.

  • Our last Maytag dishwasher lasted twenty years so we wanted to buy another Maytag dishwasher. So far so good. After the first run, I noticed that my glasses were gleaming.

  • I am very happy with my Matag dishwasher, so far I’ve use the quick wash, the appliance is great and super quiet. The inside seems larger than my old one that was only 8 years old when it quit working.l, I much wasn’t a Matag.

    Harves01/05/2026 08:12 PM

  • i am very pleased thus far. You can barely hear it run!! However I do not like the fact that it takes so long to do a cycle

  • We bought the dishwasher a couple of weeks ago and we are very happy with it.

    Our 2nd Maytag Dishwasher12/27/2025 12:34 AM

  • I had the Maytag dishwasher installed last week and have run it 3 times so far. It is so quiet that you really do not know it is actually running. I have used the quick cycle, and the dishes have come out completely clean and dry. So far, I am very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a midrange priced dishwasher.
