• Very poor quality. Item arrived damaged and never got customer support to fix it or replace it. Plus nobody installed it from Maytag or one of its partners.

• I bought one each of these for my washer & dryer about two months ago, but they were not installed until under a month ago by Lowes. These things are Junk! There is a blemish on the front handle of one of them that I did not notice until installed and now Maytag will not exchange it. Also, one of the drawers keeps getting stuck and is very hard to open/close (especially with my bad back). I had pedestals on my LG Steamwash machines that worked MUCH better - smooth and sturdy! However, this Maytag junk is neither smooth or sturdy. They wobble when you open/close them. Again, Maytag will not honor these, so save your money or just use them for looks and to get height on your machines.
