• Bought washer and dryer in an appliance store. They didn’t carry the pedestal, which was a “must have” for my back. Coming to the Maytag website had the best prices AND a discount for two purchases PLUS free shipping. I couldn’t find them available in any local stores, and the big box stores that had to order would have been higher and/or charged for shipping. These were shipped out right away and my son and I assembled them in a careful couple of hours. What a joy it is doing laundry now. The drawers hide all my laundry products making the room seem less chaotic and more organized. So very pleased with the purchase.

• I purchased a set of these pedestals for my own washer and dryer and was so happy with the ease of access to both appliances that I have since purchased 4 more for my tenants. Raising the units up makes so much sense. It’s easier to load and unload each appliance without really bending over. The storage is wonderful in the large drawer underneath.. It really helps de-clutter the laundry room. For the price, I would certainly recommend these pedestals to anyone purchasing new units.

• I was using a regular washer and dryer and I had trouble getting my clothes out due to my bad back. My husband bought me the Maytag front loader washer and dryer and the pedestals and now I have no problem doing my laundry. I love it!

• I bought the pedestals for my washer and dryer for the extra height. I have back issues and bending is painful on most day. With this product I can wash and dry my clothes without bending and for the first time in years my back is not screaming in pain. These are the best products for people with lower back pain.

• Had a set in our other home in red and just loved them! This home we purchased the same MayTag set but newer and in the Platinum Grey! Had a little issue with dryer and the “MayTag Man” was out and tighten a screw and we are all good! They come highly recommended from our home!!

• I like the height. With this pedestal, the front-load washer and dryer are high enough to easily reach in and out. The top isn't too high to use for folded items. I'm 5'3". My only negative is the price, but I'd buy it again. I use the drawer as a holding spot for items waiting for my next trip to donate to Goodwill.
