I bought this during black Friday sale. Took about 3 weeks for delivery and install. Still waiting on griddle to deliver and try, but cooktop itself works great. It heats up my stainless steel pans quickly and evenly. This cooktop has 5 burners for cooking large meals. The only issue is that cleaning around knobs can be difficult.

Bought this 10 mths ago and just finally got my kitchen remodeled and it installed 3.weeks ago. Loving it so far. The free griddle/grill piece was the main reason I bought it and as soon as it was installed I registered the cook top and it arrived w/i a week. The cooktop cleans up easy and heats evenly and fast.

Love my new cook top. It is everything I had expected. The installation team was great - professional, clean and knowledgeable. I was annoyed that the original order did not have the grill/griddle. It was included but ships after registration but I never received the email with instructions on ordering it so I had to call them - many transfer later I was able to place the order and the grill/griddle arrived within a week.

We purchased our 36" Electric Stovetop and we like how it works. We only wish that the GRIDDLE was in the same box. Getting ahold of anyone on the Customer Service line too 45 minutes on hold. I was suppose to get the Griddle this week but instead all I've received is another hole to jump through

The cooktop is great but I have still not been able to get the promised griddle which I really want. I have jumped through so many hoops and can’t get anyone with information on getting it. Disappointing 😥

Purchased as part of a kitchen remodel, replacing a similar style. We love the layout of the burners on this cooktop versus the old one. The fit and finish are top notch. The griddle this cooktop comes with is such a welcomed addition - so far, we've only had Reuben sandwiches but the heat was evenly distributed. Anxious to see what all we will cook on each side of the griddle.

Though this is my first experience with an electric cooktop, ie. stove, I am very pleased with my experiences. I am specially pleased with the grill and griddle combination. It has functioned most adequately in cooking pancacakes on the griddle and various meatrs on the grill. I had some doubts as to the cleaning procedures but soapy sponge with water and a clean cloth or paper towel are usually sufficient. However any debree stuck on the cooking surface can be readily removed with a single bladed scraper knife.

This glass top unit is everything I expected and more. So many burner options and the bridge/grill is tremendous. This unit reeks with quality and the price was amazing. I’m 82y/o and have been a Maytag customer since our first wringer washer.

We just got our new cooktop installed two weeks ago and I’ve been making jam and cooking meals on it. It cleans very easily and I absolutely love the flat glass top!

I bought this a month ago to replace the one I had. It has alot of new features that were not on the old maytag. I like the large burner and the grilling burners. Great for making pancakes and eggs. Also good for grilling meat. I would reccoment a mounted hood to go with the grilling.

I love this cooktop. Past experience with glass cooktops was that it was difficult to manage cooking temperatures. This cooktop cools quickly which makes cooking more successful. And the reversible griddle/grill is awesome.

We moved in a house and have almost the same model; not sure of the model number and year; but the house is 5 years old; I want to know if I can get a new glass top; my son dropped something on it and cracked it all the way across; previous owners did not leave the book; how do I find the model number; I love my stove top!! :(
