• I bought this washer two months ago and it’s been amazing. Smooth, quiet and way more capacity than I thought. What used to be four loads in my old washer now takes two loads so I’m done in half the time.

• I have been using my new whirlpool washer for a month or so. I have used a lot of the selections (normal load, delicates, towels, whites, colors, cold wash, clean washer (first cycle used), bulky items and quick wash). I like the sensor feature - 1) insert washing detergent, 2) insert items to be washed, 3) close lid and the sensor takes over with suggestions as to water temperature, size of load (low, med, high, max) . I have changed the water temperature to meet my needs. Water softener (add with some water) and there's an n extra rinse option. But the only thing I don't have is an end of cycle alarm, other than the lid unlocking. That's why 4 stars.

• Brand new washer used only twice and stopped working. Been without a washer now going on a month. Not happy at all with the appliance, brand or the technician that stated we will have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts to come in and get fixed. Very disappointed!! Would not recommend to anyone.

• Although this is a brand new product we received with our new home, we are not impressed. We wished we would have kept our personal washer/dryer set. The washer inside (because of agitator) is much much smaller and also very loud. Not a priority but will definitely be replaced sooner rather than later.

• This washing machine came with our brand new house and it sucks. You can't pause a load to add in an article of clothing if you miss something, the load size is small, it can't sense the water depth, so you have to set it for EVERY load. It's whirlpool, so it'll probably last forever, but I'm considering selling this and getting one with more features and thats "smarter". I feel like I've gone backwards 20 years in technology with this washing machine compared to my last three!

• Broken before l used the product . Complicated controls that don’t mean a thing .. l have been waiting 2 months for them to fix the washer .

• I haven't had this long enough to give a full review.. If it works better than the one that this one replaced. I'll be happy with its operation. My other had to have 3 computer boards replaced. It was a total disaster. This is the replacement washing machine Whirlpoo sent me. The only catch was, i had to pay $450.00 to Whirlpool to replace the new one I bought. My old Whirlpool washing machine was 35 years old and still running good. My wife just died from a long battle of dementia. Being g iv gotten older. I decided to buy a new one to last me the rest of my life. I sure was surprised and disappointed at the shotty craftsmanship Whirlpool products have fallen to. So, I'll have to give it more time before I can truly rate this unit. Please reach out to me in the future to see how this one is preforming.

• I purchased the washer and dryer in November 11, 2025, delivery was accomplished Dec. 30, 2025, mistakes due to the delivery. I would not have been able to purchase the appliances without your dedicated employee, Stalyn Chandlers in your Harrisonburg, VA store. He searched and searched until he found a washer and dryer that would fit the space I had available. He deserves a raise for the great service he gives to potential buyers.

• Got this machine to replace a one year old Amana that had a known issue with the drain pump continuously runs after cycle is complete. I was skeptical about getting a Whirlpool as they are the same manufacturer. I've had two Whirlpool washers in the past with no "Service life" issues. So, went with this brand new model and so far so good. Tub is huge and stainless steel, lots of load options and cleans well. The only reason I rated four stars is that it is quite noisy on the spin cycle. The drain hose vibrates against the back of the machine but it's not out of balance. I corrected that by installing foam A/C pipe insulation on the hose to quiet the noise and works great! The other thing I've noticed is that the final spin cycle seems to run a lot longer than my previous machines, almost 20 minutes. First good impression and hopefully this one will last for 10+ years!

• The washer came with the new build and is the standard that the builder installs. I have had many whirlpool appliances over the years and have always been pleased with them. I have no complaints about how the washer operates, just an observation. The metal composition feels much thinner and not as heavy duty, which makes me wonder if it will hold up as long as previous washers.

• This is a complete piece of TRASH. We did one small load of laundry and it broke. They sent someone out to replace it but they can't get a part. We have been without a washing machine for almost two months and Whirlpool won't do anything to help. Trash product. Trash customer service.

• The size of the wash tub is bigger than it looks like, and is really easy to get clothes in and out of. Be careful not to get it out early or interrupt the machine since it occasionally seems like it is done but it isn't. This happens and the clothes are heavy with water.

• I'm very disappointed in this machine. I wish we could go back to just having one or 2 knobs and not having all these fancy settings. I'm old and I like the old ones better. I like the size of the tub, but that's about all., but I guess I'll learn to live with it.

• I’ve had this just over a month and it’s been great! It is beautiful and looks so good in my utility room. The washer is so easy to operate with plenty of options for different clothes. My clothes come out very clean and I couldn’t be happier.

• I bought this washer about a month ago and so glad I did. It has all the necessary features plus an agitator, which I feel is better at getting clothes clean. While not the most expensive model, this model more than met my expectations.

• Traditionally i have used LG drum driven washing machine. It performs better. Whirlpool has a rod in the center for dispensing softner this design seems strange and reduces the number of cloths that can be cleaned in one load.

• This was included in the new home that I purchased and moved in October 2025. For the most part it is an okay machine but it is very noisy. In my last home I had purchased a new GE and was very happy with how quiet it was.

• This washer was included in the price of the house. It's small and extremely noisy. This is not a washer I would care to buy or recommend. The warranty is only for a year. Whirlpool could have done better.

• This is the noidiedt washing machine I have ever owned. My times to use the machine have been reduced significantly. It does, however, clean the clothes well.
