• I purchased this dryer a month ago and its nicely set up. You can swap the door to open whichever way you need. It's very quiet and loads dry quickly. There is a damp sensor Im still trying to figure out, when the dryer thinks its dry, it ends the cycle, meanwhile the items will still be damp.

• I received it for free to exchange for my honest review. The dryer is full loaded, I can put 1 full basket of clothes to it and it dried completely with silently sound. That’s really impressive. And it’s easy to use for all people, especially for old people. Highly recommended

• I’m glad this dryer doesn’t have any phone is internet connectivity because I really don’t need that stuff. This dryer can dry my clothes and that’s all I need. It does have a quick dry feature, which is a little faster than normal. It seems to be for smaller loads. I’m it sure how it works, but I think it’s about the same as my previous dryer without this feature. The controls are fairly simple for modern dryers. It has a big knob in the middle and some touch buttons. I think for normal loads, it’s just a few presses to power on and get started. It could be simpler like older machines, though. I hope this can last a long time, but I won’t know until much later. Overall, I think it’s a good, basic, modern dryer.

• The dryer seems to do a very nice job. After using it for a month or so I noticed a problem as shown in the picture. One more thing to have to try and get fixed. This goof was not caught at the manufacture sight, or by quality control. When delivered, they are in a hurry for you to look it over for scratches or dents. Too bad I didn’t open the door and catch the problem then. Trying to get someone to fix this but no luck yet. Overall the dryer is fairly quiet, offers many choices for different types of loads. Let’s hope it has some longevity built in!

• I love my new dryer! After years of an old dryer that sounded terrible and loud, and left marks on clothing I am so happy to have my new Whirlpool dryer! It is so quiet and efficient and makes doing laundry enjoyable again!

• I do it care for the dryer or washer, the way the computers are set up make it far more problematic to use. Better instructions may help, we get error messages on both units & a hour glass shows up on the screens & no where in the instructions does it tell us what we did that’s wrong. In the paper work that comes with the units it has a phone # to call for trouble shooting it says it may cost you $5.00 that could be refundable, I called it & had to leave a message for them to call me back , meantime I kept messing with it & unpluged it to reset the computer. Got the washer to work. In the meantime the trouble shooter called me back & I told him I got it to work. Later I looked at my credit card statement & saw I was charged $65.00 for nothing.

• I had a 23.5 year older dryer from the same manufacture different brand. This dryer was void of two typical features: an interior light so you can see what is inside the dryer and a cancel button. Very dissapointing that essentially have 23.5 years there has been little improvement to the dryer and yet the funtions have down graded.

• I purchased a whirlpool washer about 2 years ago and absolutely love it! when the dryer we had finally kicked the bucket after probably at least 15 years, I had to get a whirlpool dryer... the old one would take forever to dry, 180 minutes! this one, its set for less than 60 minutes and its smart enough to know the clothes are dry and it stops! I hear the bell on the dryer going off before the timer I set on my alexa, its great and makes laundry day so much more efficient... highly recommend!!

• Learning how to use a new appliance is usually time consuming, instructions were very clear. I like the cool down feature at the end of the drying cycle.

• This is a great dryer. Easy to use touch screen with great space inside for drying. Special wrinkle shield button also for wrinkle free clothing.

• I bought this less than a month ago and have had nothing but problems. First, I had it installed and the control panel came up in Spanish. It took me over a week to get in touch with Whirlpool support to get assistance in that matter. Next, I got an F3E3 error message. Again, I had to wait over the weekend and took 2 lengthy attempts by phone to get through to someone in service. We were told it was a power outage issue and to reset our breaker. We did that, got the control screen back up, but keep getting that error message over and over after resetting the breaker. My husband will try to get through to service again today.

• We only had the dryer for a few weeks, so it’s rather premature to evaluate it, but so far so good. I do have some concerns about its longevity as it does not appear as robust as our previous dryer. As an example, one of the first thing you notice is that the door latch/catch mechanism appears to be made out of plastic or some such material. You just know somewhere down the road its going to break. Also, I find the fact that your required to hold a button after you push it, to make it work, just seem crude to me. One more thing, the display on the dryer was not in English and there was nothing in the literature that was left with the dryer on how to fix it.

• multiple issues within one week of installation. Appliance repair contracted warranty provider sent by whirlpool (Paradise Appliance Repair) Has extensive complaints with the California Department of Consumer Affairs this past year. Door switch issue, frequent pauses in the middle of cycle, odd computer dashboard messages. Attempted replacement of the set, but the matching Whirlpool washing machine replacement arrived with a broken door. Going with a different brand as Whirlpool is not the quality and quality repair service it used to be. Ultimately attempted replacement of washer/dryer set (could not exchsnge

• Bought this a couple weeks ago and am quite pleased. Like the dial and keypad to set the options I need particular to the load. Dries well, keeps wrinkles at bay. Lint screen easy to clean. My one negative is that the door structure seems a bit flimsy—like I need to be gentle with it when closing. But the seal is good. These days it seems the housing of appliances is the first place where manufacturers cut the quality. I am glad I have extended warranty—a feature I don’t usually purchase. I don’t fought the mechanics of this machine to hold up for two old people who don’t have a lot of laundry to do. But if I was 30 years old with a growing family, I might buy a Dpeed Queen.

• I love this dryer. The appearance is so nice in my home and although it does take up space it makes doing laundry much more time efficient. I know this dryer will last me Probabaly the rest of my life. The noise level is great, my old dryer sounded like my house was falling apart but this one doesn’t brutally convulse like that. I also really love the noise it makes when finished. There is a setting for almost anything you could ever dream of!

• I’ve had the 7.4 cu. ft. ENERGY STAR® Front Load Electric Dryer with Wrinkle Shield™ for a little while now, and I’m super happy with it. The size is great — I can throw in big loads, including blankets and towels, and everything actually comes out dry the first time. The Wrinkle Shield™ option is honestly my favorite part. I don’t always get to the dryer right when it’s done, but this keeps my clothes from looking like a crumpled mess. Big time saver. It runs quietly, looks nice in the laundry room, and I like knowing it’s energy efficient too. Overall, it’s easy to use, reliable, and makes laundry day way less stressful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid dryer!

• I am very happy with this purchase. My previous washer and dryer in my old place were nice and very big. This dryer is not as large, but it’s just me now and it’s quite large enough. It does a great job for me and I love it. Mine is white and in my laundry room it looks so clean. There was the option of a side exhaust and this was a game changer for my small space. So perfect!

• I absolutely HATE this machine and am very sorry we bought it. It is supposedly “stackable” - and it is - if you happen to be over 5’7” at least! I cannot find anything, anywhere that resembles an “Owners Manual” that might explain what all the buttons (that I can hardly reach) do. Example: what is Soft Reset? Where do I find out HOW to use the machine? Same goes for the washer.

• I don’t care for the electronics ( or computer screens)my old whirlpool dryer which I had for 19 years, you turned the dial to what you wanted & hit the start button . It also came with simple directions for use & trouble shooting. This new one has to many things that can go wrong & cost for repairs are a concern. Warranty is not as long or as good as the previous unit we had.

• I did receive this free from influenster for my honest opinion and recommendations for sure are highly recommended for this whirlpool electric dryer,the noise level is almost non existent, energy consumption is great as well. • After 25 years, we needed a new washer/dryer set and really appreciate the new digital readouts and all the settings on this dryer. The drum size is deeper than our old dryer, so I can dry a comforter more easily without it bunching up with wet spots. Very happy with this purchase and I won't buy anything but a Whirlpool.

• So good! The size is amazing. There’s plenty of room for clothes to properly spin around allowing for a much quicker dry time. Not very loud at all. Sounds very smooth as it goes through a cycle. Like the washer the settings are extremely customizable. My favorite is being able to pick an exact dry time.
