Only have it a month. It cools things down rapidly A minor irritation is it always defaults to eco setting

All I purchase is GE products due to the quality of the product.

Love that I can feel the AC thru the whole house from one room

Cools great. Installation does not meet new standard aluminum double pane windows. Had to improvise for sealing. The extra sealing material was not good. The A/C to window mantle bracket was not tall enough based on the window bottom seal having a riser. Could not use. Had to use a wood prop outside due to this.

So far so good. Making an account on app took a few tries due to errors for whatever reason . But once on everything went smoothly

This air conditioner cools, not only my large living room, but also down my hall way! It was fairly easy to install. It's quieter than other air conditioners that I have previously used.

We love it! Keeps the hole house kool! And it has wifi to control from work couldn't ask for any better appliance. My boyfriend said if we was to write it from 1 to 10 it's definitely a 10.

Notice a lot of these review comments saying it breaks on them after a few months or its broken out the box....They must have done something to it because this thing is a BEAST.. It gets my room colder than a Meat Locker and pretty quietly I might add. Love the fact you can control it with your phone and it keeps track of the daily energy consumption...You can also tell it when to turn on and off during the week with the phone app... Highly recommend...

Ask me in 3 months. This is my 3rd GE a/c in 16 months. Last 1 barely made it 4 months.

I live in Central Florida, where the temperatures can easily reach 100° plus during the summer, and the humidity reaches easily 100%, and I’ve been going through Window air conditioners for years now, and I’ve had some really bad experiences with them! UNTIL I found my GE Window AC! I bought the 14,000 BTU because I live in 100 year-old house that doesn’t have central AC, it’s true story and it is hard as hell to cool down! But this GE 14,000 BTU does the job very nicely! And I have been running this thing for five years now, and it doesn’t even show signs of slowing down! I liked it so much. I bought a second one, now I really have a nice cool house! Trust me when I say, these GE air conditioners are the Cats Fanny! Extremely reliable! Dependable, and powerful! What more could you want in an air conditioner?

Works great so far! Gets my kitchen nice and cold since the big ac unit quit on me thanks to a groundhog chewing wires.
