This water heater does everything one would expect. Easy to adjust the temperature either on the product or using my phone. The mixing valve provides extra capacity if needed by allowing the customer to store water at a high temperature while still providing it at a low temperature if desired.

With the app you are able to change the temperature. Its a nice feature if you go out of town a lot.

I am certain the unit is great; however, I put it in Vacation Mode when I left it. I put it in Vacation Mode when I was 700 miles away. Great! I went to check on it a day later, and it’s offline. I cannot get the unit back online, unless I am with the unit. I have no idea why it’s offline. There was nobody there to touch the unit. If the power went out, if the internet went out, etc., it will not go back on. My cameras work. My lights work. They use power. They use the internet. This is a problem.
