• It is very efficient and has a nice capacity for our home. I love being able to adjust the temperature with the keypad or the app on my phone. Unlike the obscure tiny screws behind plates on our old one. It looks to be durable and warranty makes me believe if they warranty it that long they intend on it lasting. It is right up there with my GE washer dryer combo unit in “out of the box” satisfied. The young man who installed it didn’t take very long to do it and no “curse words” were heard so I believe it went in smoothly. We are happy.

• So far, so good/so great! Almost one year and a half in use, this 12-year GE electric water heater is quiet, efficient, and reliable. It has run proficiently without incident, and I have not once run out of hot water or had the experience of having the water temperature fluctuate from hot to warm or cold. No leaks, no drips...just does its job as advertised!

• Works well and is very energy efficient. I particularly like the ability to monitor my energy use and to set automatic temperature increases and decreases based on the time of day. We all tend to take our showers in the AM so I have the unit go up 10 degrees until 10:30 AM. Then back to a lower temperature.

• Replaced a 30 year old water heater. Water heater was easy to install, is well made and was up and running in no time. I liked that it had a longer warranty than most of its competitors.

• I don't need to have all of the wifi connectivity. I tried it, but there really aren't that many options to mess with to justify having another app on my phone. However, app works, also pushing the actual buttons on the water heater works too. Water is consistent and there are no problems, just what I like.

• So far so good. Replaced a GE water that was 16 years old. Nothing wrong with it, except age. It looked and worked like a brand new one. Did nothing to it in 16 years! Always replace things before they go bad.

• I travel for work and I've always wanted a WiFi connectable water heater. The controls are very easy to use and simple to turn on vacation mode for a specific number of days when I'm traveling for work. Then it returns to normal mode before I'm home. I love this!

• Installation instructions were complete and easy to understand. materials seem to be well made. once the water tank was full and powered up we had hot water within an hour. I like the web interface on the unit also.
