• I was excited about our washing machine purchase after our previous washing machine reached it end of life. I was really disappointed after a few loads as it leaves the colored clothes with blotchy almost like lint looking spots. I have had to use a lint brush on the colored clothes after each wash. I adjusted the amount of detergent to half from max and no difference. The only thing I love is the removable agitator. still no change I have also adjusted the water temperature and it has not made a difference. I am really disappointed with my purchase

• This washer works great. It is not quiet, but no louder than my previous machine. I have operational questions about features. When I first tried to start this washer, and nothing happened, I was worried that something was wrong. What I eventually figured out is that it sits there for about 20 seconds after you press "Start" before it does anything. I've included a video. So many other questions: What is "Sanitize With Oxi" and how to use it? How to use the "Clean Washer" feature? What's the difference between: "Cool", "Cold" & "Tap Cold"? How much bleach does the dispenser need? I do like the removable agitator. I've put a hook in my laundry room to hold it when not in use; otherwise, I'd have to lay in on top of the dryer. I like the soft-closing lid. The clear top fogs over and you can't see inside when warm/hot water is sloshing about, but eventually the fog clears and you can view inside as agitates, drains and spins dry. Absolutely no operations manual to be found anywhere online or with product. Why? There are plenty of install guides, but no user information. And no photos to be found anywhere of the user controls or compartments for adding detergents. I was trying to see them before I decided on a purchase. I'm including photos here of features not shown anywhere else online. The only reason I'm deducting one star: no operation information. I do like this washer. It does a good job with the features I happen to understand.

• its been a nightmare , first unit needed to shocks after one week of purchase . parts were back ordered and 5-6 weeks out. Requested new washer. After weeks of back and forth PC sent a new one. The new one now leaves a residue of the hardest to get off lint . This is out of the washer. pre dryer. Can't figure it out. It is ruining the darks like hoodies and sweats t shirts etc

• Received product intact without damages, Let me add that the delivery service was fast and very helpful, they called before they delivered and offered to remove the old and install the new. I would like to express how thankful I am for this opportunity to receive these brand new items, my family has never had the opportunity to purchase brand new out of the box before and we are overly joyed for the experience! The washer is awesome! The sleek design and clear view top is just great, efficient and effective, self cleaning, and pre programmed for every size load is fantastic! Energy efficient along with what seems like minimal water usage is great, as far as the noise it is so much quieter than our others we have had.

• So much better than my old machine. Seems to be a cycle for any type of wash that you would want to do and gets the clothes very clean. The removable agitator is a great bonus.

• The water will not fill up over the clothes, and the spin cycle spins the clothes so hard that the clothes come out so wrinkled and beat up or someone stomped on them.

• From the time we purchased and setup there were issues. should have listened to my wife when she said it was hard to start a wash cycle. this was the first day installed. this was February 26th. she struggled with getting it to start a wash cycle. Three days later WASHER completely died. display would not lite and washer would not start a cycle. checked power and there was power to the machine. since Lowes has a 48 hour return policy, which was briefly covered during the purchase, and over 48 hours had elapsed we could not return to the store. called whirlpool and scheduled a technician on the 3rd of march. did not go to work and waited for technician on the 3rd. No technician befor 1 pm so called the company that had been scheduled by whirlpool to send service technician. was told by this store that they did not perform service on whirlpool appliances that are not sold at their store. Wasted the whole day for nothing. called whirlpool and reschduled for another technician on the 6th of March. technician arrived around 9:00 am and quickly determined that display board and main control board were bad. Imagine that, a new washer shipped from the factory with a bad control board and a bad display board. now waiting on new electrical boards to arrive sometime, hopefully, in the not too distant future. it appears we will be without a clothes washer for at least 2 weeks. not to mention that i had to miss 2 days of work, approximately $500 dollars in lost wages, waiting on a technician to diagnose the problem. i am extremely disappointed with Lowes and Whirlpool for selling a defective product. Its painful to walk into my garage and see a plus $700.00 washer that never worked properly from the first time we connected power and water to it. Might as well bought a boat anchor and washed my clothes on that.

• This is the dumbest Whirlpool model Out old Whirlpool that died was installed 1986. The motor died and we thought to replace it with the same brand. Choose Small, Medium, Large and it fills with water to the desired level and then starts to wash. This means the clothes swim on water as it is tossed and thumbled in water. This dumb model starts to move even without water! If you have shirts with buttons, say goodbye as it gets tangled by the agitator. Whirlpool should reconfigure and send everyone with a new board that fills the tub with water, starts washing and complete the cycle. Not wash and move even without water yet Dumb, dumb model.

• We bought this washer, October 3 probably after about the first washer too we noticed it very loud, We can hear every button click plank knob, it is a very noisy washer. Also, we have problems right away with balance, although the washer was in balance and level when it goes into spin cycle, it tends to throw all the clothes to one side, even with the agitator in it unbalances washer on a regular basis? We’ve already had a call out warranty people to check it and they basically said it’s unbalance the told us we had it loaded a certain way to keep it Balance the washer is too new to be doing all this wrong!

• First, let's say I'm in love. Whirlpool, 4.2-4.3 cy ft top loader washer with 2 in 1 removable agitator, is seriously a dream This quick and efficient wash machine jas answered all put problem. Everything gets wet, and everything gets cleaned in this washer. Have bulky items, not a problem. Just remove the agitator, and you can now wash comforters. Sheets and thin blankets fit perfectly with the agitator attached. The agitator is really easy to remove and reapply. So, many wash cycle options and water temperature. Easy to use and has jiat the right amount of bells and whistles. Very clean and sleek, looking with a nice glass top. Noise level as the same as others. Never knew a wash machine could make me so happy til I received this one.

• Great washing machine. Does the wash in a short amount of time compares to my last washer. Having the option of taking out the agitator is a game changer. Clothes are nice ran through the spin cycle and come out not soaking wet. Which means less drying time!

• Ive been using this washer for a bit now, and I have loved having it! I haven't had any problems at all. Whirlpool really makes great machines. I know this will last me a good while. Washes well, spins and drains well, stays balanced, clothes come out perfectly ready for the dryer or line hanging. I haven't noticed any crazy noises or anything unlike my last washer which was loud. Says its energy efficient, most things are these days so I'm sure this is as well. Overall I'm very happy!

• I was a little skeptical about this washer before I bought it, but I told myself with anything there are going to be good and bad reviews. I just knew it had the features I liked and I was going to see for myself. I’m very happy with my purchase so far! It fits so many clothes and I do really like the option for the removable agitation, it’s nice to fit a blanket in it without trying to squeeze it in there. Nice purchase though and I hope I can get many years from it!

• I LOVE my new washer! I hope it lasts more than 3 years like the last two I bought. The first load I washed in it was king size sheets WITH the agitator in & they came out fine. We’ve had it about a month and I’ve washed rugs, dog bedding and regular laundry. So far, so good🤞🏽

• We've been using the washer for about a month. It's fast and pretty quiet. I love the removable agitator. It has a lot of great load options. I especially like the removeable agitator and the load capacity. I wouldn't mind a few more specific features sich as a timer to show when the cycle will end; also, the cycle signal light just goes from wash to done, so its difficult to tell where the wash is at in the cycle (e.g., is it in the initial wash? rinse? spin? These are all lumped together in one signal labeled as "wash.") However, this is a minor issue, and overall I am very pleased with the machine. I would buy it again at this price point.

• We really liked the features but after 4 washes noticed water pooling underneath with drips coming down the inside. Seems flaw in the design. Install techs said since it’s inside is a defect. Needed to return.
