Product Features
#1 Top Load Washer Brand
Make your next appliance purchase an easy decision, with the #1 Top Load Washer Brand 8 years in a row.**TraQline unit share 2018-2026
5.2-5.3 cu. ft. Capacity
Remove the Delicates Basket to fit bulky items like bedding and comforters in a single load thanks to 5.2-5.3 cu. ft. of capacity.
AI Wash
AI Wash senses the size of each load and automatically adjusts the detergent level for optimal cleaning. With Delicates Basket option off, AI Wash automatically adjusts wash action as well as detergent level.
ActiveFall™ Wash
Ensure your entire load is evenly cleaned with ActiveFall™ Wash*. Water circulation drives a cascading curtain of water to fully drench clothes while mixing with detergent to help reach every item.*Available with select cycles
An American Company for Over 100 Years
Whirlpool Corporation started in 1911 as a small company in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Today we are a global home appliance business selling products around the world. We are proud of our American heritage and ingenuity that have driven innovation for over 100 years.
Cold Wash Cycle
Cold Wash Cycle helps protect fabrics and cuts energy use at the same time, adjusting wash actions and time while cold water saves up to 90% of energy.**According to Energy Star, 90% of the energy used to operate a washing machine is spent on heating the water.
Cycle Notifications
Stay on top of your laundry with cycle notifications to ensure finished loads aren’t left behind.*WiFi & App Required. Details and privacy info at whirlpool.com/connect. Appliance must be set to Remote Enable.
EasyView™ Full-Width Slow-Close Glass Lid
Enjoy a clean, streamlined look with the slow-close see-through lid that lets you easily check on your load while it’s washing.
Hybrid Electronic Controls with LCD Screen
Hybrid electronic controls pair a physical dial and dedicated buttons with a bright LCD display so every selection is clear before the cycle starts. The intuitive layout puts controls exactly where you'd expect them, with a sleek, modern design that upgrades the entire laundry experience.
Load & Go™ Bulk Dispensing
Skip refills and get the right amount of detergent for up to 20 loads* with the Load & Go™ bulk dispenser. Simply fill the bulk dispense chamber with up to 1L of your favorite liquid detergent and the machine will automatically dispense the right amount based on load size and cycle settings. Smart alerts even notify you when it's time to refill.*Based on an 8-lb load with Delicates Basket option off
PreSoak+
Give tough stains the time they need. PreSoak+ soaks from 15minutes to 2 hours while ActiveFall™ Wash circulates water and detergent through the load. When soaking finishes, the wash cycle starts automatically—no need to restart or reset.
Quiet Wash Cycle
Start a load and settle in with minimal disruption. The Quiet Wash Cycle runs a regular load using the Quiet Inverter Motor, reduced spin speeds, and a unique cycle design to lower the operable dBA.
Removable Delicates Basket
The industry-first removable Delicates Basket keeps delicates safe while regular, everyday loads wash around it. Unlike a mesh bag, this built-in solution separately washes items with gentle agitation and slower spin forces. All while protecting them from damage, snags, and tangling with the rest of the load. Squeeze & rotate the handles to easily remove the Delicates Basket for extra capacity in the washer, perfect for bedding and bulky items.
Smart Features with Whirlpool® App
Be in control and stay connected from anywhere. The Whirlpool® App lets you start, pause, track progress and receive notifications when you're away. Plus, access specialty cycles only available on the app, or create custom cycles you can save right to your machine*.*Features subject to change. WiFi & App Required. Details & privacy info at whirlpool.com/connect. Appliance must be set to Remote Enable.
Water Level Options
Choose to use less water for an efficient clean or more water to help break down loose soils. This option lets you customize the water level to various depths so heavily soiled clothes get an optimal clean.**Bulky Items cycle only available with deepest water level."
