• I just ordered a 2 pack on May 25, 2024; It’s November 12 of the same year and now I’m having to buy another 2 pack because the filters are only lasting 2-3 months before the light comes on and the water flow slows. Such a scam especially considering the fridge I ordered was stated to be equipped with a completely different filtration system than what I received, and the other filter has better reviews. They have no care what they do to their customers and now I’m stuck figuring out a stand alone water system because this one is absolutely horrid and just a money waster. It’s going to cost close to $200+ a year just in filters with this system.

• Terrible experience; bought the 2 pack subscription option for the water filters as a way to save money and convenience. One of the filters arrived damaged. Trying to get a replacement, a refund or cancellation has been difficult. It seems this is intentional and the process should be just as easy as buying the product

• I'm in agreement with the other reviews. I'd give these filters ZERO stars if I could. We've always had Whirlpool refrigerators and used to be very happy with the water filtration system. We recently bought a new Whirlpool that requires these everydrop filters and they are just terrible. They don't last 6 months as we were told when we bought the refrigerator - only 3 months, 4 if we're lucky. The water starts coming out extremely slow and there is a really annoying sound reminding us to order a new filter. I don't like that the price keeps going up and up on these filters and there's nowhere else to buy them. They are not worth the price we're paying. It's really frustrating that Whirlpool is doing this to loyal customers.

• Bought this Whirlpool Refrigerator and began use in September. It's been about 4 months and the "Order Filter" light is on. I now look at the only place to order this filter and the price is $86 for a 2-Pack. With Tax and all - $45 per and it's only been 4 months; it's only me and my wife. THIS IS A RIP OFF. $130 per year for Water Filters. Very disappointing. Spent nearly 2K on this Frig and now I have to buy filters every 3-4 months. NOT A FAN!

• This is the third filter installed since February, average lifespan is 2 months instead of the 6 months advertised. It starts slowing down the water stream in the fridge, so I am forced to replace it. I live in NYC, which has some of the cleanest drinking water, so it cannot be the quality of the water causing this. It's just me and my wife, so it cannot be the usage either. Beware when buying this product, they are just trying to steal your money!! Note that it's affiliated with Whirlpool, who also makes the fridges that require these filters. And there are no alternatives on the market for a fair competition!

We have hard water, mainly iron, and I could immediately tell a difference in the taste of our drinking water from the fridge. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The packaging was sturdy and well protected, which I really appreciate. The insulation was smooth, with no issues and no noise when using the filter. There is also no odor. The water is crystal clear and tastes great. The water pressure is strong and consistent. I have not seen a change in pressure when installing and using this filter. Overall, this is a great product, and I will continue to buy it.

• I’ve gone through 5 Everydrop Filter A units in less than a year—and it’s just two of us living here. The product promises a 6-month lifespan per filter, but none have lasted more than 2–3 months before the light comes on and the water flow slows down drastically. I’ve spent over $200 just to keep filtered water, which is outrageous given the advertised claims. This feels like intentional false advertising, especially since the issue is widespread and mentioned in many reviews. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC if this isn’t addressed. Do NOT recommend.

• I recently bought a beautiful new refrigerator which can only use this filter. The water dispenser kept slowing down to a dribble so I called the service repair thinking it was the appliance. Having replaced the filter multiple times, it turns out it's this very expensive filter that I've now learned (1) only lasts a month before it slows down to the point the water dispenser in the refrigerator is unusable, (2) others are having this same experience so the issue is known, and (3) the cost of replacing this water filter every month is ridiculous and prohibitive and that I have no other option. I've never had this problem with any other filter/refrigerator ever. I would not have purchased my refrigerator had I known about the limitation and expense of the water filter.

• Why is it so hard to get in contact with an actual customer service representative to talk to. The website is terrible and bearly works. I got filters and for some reason it orders three of the same filters!!! And of course to try to reach customer service is impossible due to to their terrible customer service inputs! Terrible! Terrible! Don’t waste your time on this website! Just go buy all your accessories in person at your local Home Depot!

• I scanned the QR code in our fridge and it instantly provided me the model number for the replacement filter (See attached photo) So I order replacement filter. Wrong filter! I guess I should have actually pulled the filter from the fridge. Oh, I need filter A, apparently then I go to look for pictures for Filter A to make sure it would fit, cause I'm a little skeptical now, and I can't find a single photo that doesn't have a cap over the actual connection point. 🤬. Now that I read the other reviews for this filter and how so many people are upset with it, I hate to order one at this crazy cost. I was super excited about how easy it was supposed to be to replace these filters where I bought this fridge 6 months ago, but now... I'm just frustrated as I have to return the filters I bought that match the QR code and look for an alternative.

It did not give off a bad taste initially as some filters do. As soon as we changed the fileter the water tasted way better.

He did went out and not buy 5 minutes later he was back inside. He said it was easy to set up. So far so good. Water quality is good with clean crisp flavor. No issues. Ice seems fine. All around if this filter is aligned with your refrigerator, I recommend.
